This place was amazing !! We got the curry chicken sandwich & jerk sandwich. Soooo good, the homemade jam BBQ sauce was incredible & so was the lemon eclair cake! Would stop again given every opportunity. Also a wonderful place to stop in a cloudy day because the interior is so yellow and sunny looking 🙂

This is a must stop! The owner is so friendly, very inviting atmosphere. I wish had more room in our stomachs to order more things, it was so hard to choose because everything looked delicious. We got the Philly cheese steak and fries, very flavorful and the fries were seasoned perfectly. This food comes hot and fresh! You absolutely must try the banana donut holes, they are divine. So soft, fluffy, and delicious. Will definitely plan my next staycation to be close by and really sample everything.

S T O P…YES, YOU…you have to stop at this resto on your way back from Denali!!! I have to tell you, we pulled the brakes, did a u-eee and said “we will try it” after all, Jam is the name of one of our families dogs. Great find (with the help of all the other reviews). We had a quesadilla, jerk chicken, bahn mi sandwiches, cokes, jarritos, and to top it of, our host brought us some mini donuts for dessert. All this, and the view!!! Has to have been one of our favorite events while we were visiting the area. Owners/hosts, you guys were super great. Thank you for the food and hospitality!!!

Oh my goodness! This place is a gem. Nestled in between beautiful Alaskan mountains. The owner manages to warmly welcome you, take your order, chat, and cook for a full house! You may wait a minute, but worth the weight! The club was warm and full of flavor in fresh bread. The chipotle chicken was HUGE and had a kick. Chicken was juicy and cooked perfectly. The turkey and cheese was toasty warm and a good size. My daughter also enjoyed her grilled cheese. I got the cheeseburger was thick, moist, and covered in a generous amount of cheese. Unlike some roadside places, the lettuce and tomato were fresh! Highly recommend!!! Stop in soon!!!

Visiting Alaska during winter for optimal chance of seeing the northern lights and decided to drive to Denali National Park while we were in Fairbanks.
Since most places are closed this time of year, (January) we were excited to see Jam Jams OPEN!! THANK YOU VERY MUCH!!!!

New favorite spot on my way in and out of Denali. The food was amazing and the owners Jamelle and Melissa are top notch. The food is incredible and the prices are super affordable. The restaurant is super clean, uniquely decorated and the vibe is everything.

Do NOT drive by this spot. It is a must stop for lunch, dinner, or even a snack. The sandwiches are exquisite. I devoured my jerk chicken sandwich and only wish I got a second. The chicken was so juicy and tender. The environment feels new, the bathrooms are very clean. Definitely give this place a try!

A friend suggested Jam Jam’s Spot when I was passing through Cantwell. Fortunately the hours worked with my schedule and I was able to stop for a sandwich. The Classic Philly was delicious and the serving of fries was HUGE! The guy behind the counter, the owner, I presume, even walked through the shop and handed out deep fried oreos to everyone. There’s indoor and outdoor seating, as well as a large parking lot if you’re towing a trailer or in an RV. Situated near the intersection of the Parks Hwy and the Old Denali Hwy, it’s a good spot to grab a bite before finding a camping spot.

Amazing food, atmosphere & service! We went twice on our 4 day stay in Cantwell (and would have been 4 times if they weren’t closed on Monday and Tuesday) The elote, quesadilla and jerk chicken nachos were out of this World! I’m sad this place is nearly 3,000 miles from home! If we are ever back in the area, we’ll absolutely be back!

As the owner put it he makes his food with love , and it shows . The curry chicken sandwich was tender and well spiced with a delicious pineapple coconut slaw . The philly was generously filled and also very tasty . The curry eggrolls were crispy and fresh. Cannot pass this place , it is the must go destination. Looking forward to coming back soon.
