Here’s my sandwich, pickles, olives, and green peppers on one side, and all the lettuce on the other side. If you don’t know how to make a sandwich, don’t get a job at a sandwich shop. Churro had zero cinnamon sugar on it. From here on out I have sworn to never order any food south of 10 mile. Hopefully headquarters will see this and retrain them to do a proper job. To top everything off, I ordered online and when I got there at the time of pickup, food wasn’t ready. All of the employees were busy talking about their weekend plans.

Wish I could give zero. Glad that’s open later, but kind of pointless. If you’re paying top dollar top dollar for something you possibly could die from. Kept telling the lady I wasn’t ready yet I needed a few minutes. She kept asking me what I wanted then the other lady walked up and she started asking me what I wanted and then I repeated it to three times they didn’t understand started making my sandwich put all the meat on one side, bacon not cooked at all in my sandwich was literally falling apart she seen it was falling apart and just kept making it. When you pull up one employees in front of the store and their car, gather employees in the back of the dining room, not doing anything in the kitchen they could be doing or cleaning sitting down and another employee sitting down at the front window. They rush you so that they can go back and sit down! I’m starving and I’m gonna eat the sandwich and hopefully I don’t get sick!

Employees are smoking weed pens inside the store. I don’t smoke Marijuana but left semi-high. I was not happy. I know what those THC pens smell like to, its very distinct. I could smell it as soon as I opened the door.

THIS IS THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I’ve ever experienced in my life. From the Franchise store owner being completely rude from the jump I placed 2 separate orders online for pick and all the orders were completely wrong and sloppily put together there was so much mayo on there it wasn’t even edible, bacon looked 5 days old and found a hair in my food! I went up there to speak to him (the owner) and he completely brushed me off and told me it’s my fault the order is incorrect….and accused me of lying about the toppings and order not being correct. I didn’t even make it 5 mins at home to unravel the sandwich and fold them back up to come back for him to be discriminating against me stating he’ll call the cops if I don’t leave when I simply asked for my food to be refunded. I didn’t eat any of the food when I brought it back it wasn’t even touch and I feel racial discriminated against with these actions just because I’m an African American woman you feel the need to call the cops instead of refunding my order. He didn’t even look or listen to 1 word I had to say on top of my $40 order I brought a 12 pack of cookies. I’m completely in disbelief and will never feel the same about a subway after this one he was rude to his employees from the start and this was unnecessary very unprofessional. I received no food, no refund, no apology and on top of that was an hour late to work. He didn’t even try to listen to anything I had to say I hope this place gets shut down.

The workers were great, food was great, super clean/neat & prompt. So when I leave a tip on the CC machine it needs to go to the people doing the work! Not the owner. Shame on you!
