Steadfast Nutrition is awesome! I’ve been to both locations, the one by Rising Tide Gym and the other one next to Eggs Up Grill in Hampstead , and they’re both consistently great !! The drinks are always fresh, high quality, and taste amazing every single time! You can tell they really care about what they’re making on top of that, the staff is super friendly, welcoming, and makes the whole experience even better. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a great protein shake/smoothie/tea spot with amazing service! Their Waffles are amazing too you guys need to try it!

So I visit the brand new location for Steadfast. I’m a big Herbalife fan and I just read my good friend, Kamal’s review.
The shake is EXCELLENT! I believe I had the Banana Split. However, I feel that the server and the enviroment is a bit…..hollow.
She’s a somewhat nice person but I had more friendly service in other Herbalife locations.
I might go back in the future. We’ll see.

Steadfast Nutrition is my go-to for healthy mega teas and protein shakes. Everything tastes great, the ingredients are solid, and they have an awesome selection of protein snacks and supplements. The staff is super friendly and helpful, I’m always greeted by the nicest girls and I always leave feeling fueled and energized. Highly recommend!

From a community perspective, the owner Alyssa has been an amazing supporter at local workouts and health and wellness events, always showing up for Hampstead in a big way. From a personal perspective, their staff is always so friendly + I’ve had their shakes and teas and they’re seriously amazing — clean, great-tasting, and something I recommend to clients all the time.
If you’re local, check them out for shakes, teas, protein, electrolytes — all the good stuff. 10/10.

Today was my first day and I tried one of their fall drinks and it was so yummy! This drink is a meal replacement and it tastes so good! The cashier Lauren was very sweet and I highly recommend you go!

This evening, I visited Steadfast with my son and daughter, who requested a protein shake. Upon entering, we were not acknowledged, which was somewhat understandable as the employee had her back turned while preparing tea for another customer. After a few minutes of waiting, another customer arrived, and she promptly greeted him and inquired about his order, neglecting to recognize our presence. Before addressing us, she assisted the man who came in after us, only acknowledging us after completing his transaction. The business conduct was very discourteous. Remarkably, my 13-year-old daughter was taken aback and asked me about it after we left. It’s surprising that she demonstrates better manners and a clearer understanding of customer service than the staff member this evening.
