Since 1950, Whataburger has proudly served a bigger, better burger. It all started when a young entrepreneur named Harmon Dobson had a bold idea: to serve a burger so big that it took two hands to hold, and so good that after a single bite customers couldn’t help but exclaim, “What a burger!” He named his humble burger stand in Corpus Christi, Texas, “Whataburger.” Over six decades later, we’re still family owned and operated. Each and every Whataburger® is still made to order. We still use 100% pure beef and serve it on a big, toasted five-inch bun. And now, as we proudly serve burgers, chicken, salads and breakfast at more than 800 Whataburger locations across the country, that first burger stand is still close to our hearts.

I had a wonderful experience at this Whataburger! The food was fresh, hot, and tasted great. The atmosphere was welcoming and clean, which made the visit even more enjoyable. The staff were incredibly sweet and helpful, and the management was just as kind and attentive. It’s clear they really care about their customers and take pride in their restaurant. I would definitely recommend this location to others and will be coming back again!

The food was delicious. I had a hamburger, fries and a drink.. the burger was do moist and tasty. I have never bought a burger anywhere like that before. I can’t wait to go back and get another one. The staff was friendly and helpful. The restaurant was clean and beautiful.

Staff is obnoxious. Swearing and talking extremely loud as if it’s a hangout place for them. Yelling across the dining room that was full of people eating. They were all on their phones. It was not clear that there was even a manager on premises. I strongly recommend you fire the girl in the picture I included… she will diminish your reputation.

Grand opening drive through. They did a good job for a new store. Forgot a couple items but they were quick to make it right and all the food was fresh and tasted great. The workers we saw were friendly and didn’t make us feel rushed even with a longer drive through line. Hope they keep up the great work!

food:1 service 5; atmosphere 0. The only thing that prevented me from giving it a one star was the great service. I was so excited to see whataburger open near us after trying it in Florida. but the food here tasted old and had no seasoning. the salad was mostly lettus. service was good though even when they were overcrowded. I would just say they definitely need to fire the architect who built this place. it should only be a drive through as sitting inside feels like a you are sitting in a small prizon. i would prefer to pay a bit extra and go to other burger places. I will not return

I was so surprised. The service was great and food came out fast. Employees brought the food over and asked us what drinks we had before we finished ordering to make them in advance. Also, offered normal or spicy ketchups, which was nice.

The Whataburger in Johns Creek needs serious improvement in both customer service and food quality.

When we arrived, several employees were standing outside near the entrance talking, and no one acknowledged us when we walked in. Inside, three employees were standing at the same register while we tried to determine whether to order at the kiosk or the counter. There was still no greeting. When I finally ordered, two of the young women standing at the register were exchanging looks and giggling while I was speaking. I asked if something I said was funny and they looked at each other and looked away or put their head down.

The cashier was unfamiliar with the menu. We place a combo order by number and he still asked if we wanted to make it a combo. We placed a simple to-go order and waited much longer than expected. When we got home, the bacon cheeseburger looked like it had been carelessly thrown together — messy- there was more lettuce in the wrapper than on the sandwich, bland, barely half a strip of bacon, and the cheese buried under the patty so you could hardly taste it.

This location appears poorly managed and understaffed on basic customer service expectations. Johns Creek has many great dining options, and poor service combined with poorly prepared food will not last long in this area.
I understand that new restaurants work through opening challenges, but basic customer service and food preparation standards should still be met. Hopefully this feedback is taken seriously and used to improve the customer experience at this location.

Great Whataburger, very busy, prices were on the high side but other than that it was amazing. The owner/manager was very welcoming and all of the staff were eager to serve.

“The patty was completely unseasoned and tasted flat. To make matters worse, I received toasted bread instead of a burger bun. Since this location just opened, I’m thinking these might just be some ‘new opening’ hiccups or a simple mistake by the staff. I’m willing to give it another shot and will update my review after my next visit.”

What a disappointment . First time trying this restaurant and we had high hopes. Unfortunately from the kiosk to the over priced food we won’t be back. The fries were under cooked and so saturated with oil. The burgers had no flavor at all and so greasy. 2 burgers and fries for $26 would be ok if it was good. So sad
