My girlfriend and I had our first date here. We came on a random Thursday and it just so happened to be trivia night. We had a wonderful experience and we’ve been happily together ever since. We laughed, I tried edamame beans for the first time (I ate them whole, I didn’t know), and we both did terrible compared to everyone else in trivia. It was awesome. It’s currently 11 months later, and we finally came back after a long time of sadly being other places with foods that don’t even compare to simply ramen. Our server, Alyssa, offered great service. She made sure that we were happy, she carefully catered to my genetically-weak ginger allergy, and she offered some of the kindest service we have experienced.
This was an excellent place to meet someone for the first time and start a relationship. Almost one year later, it’s a magnificent place to spend Valentine’s Day. Best ramen in town hands down.

My first experience at Simply Ramen was AWESOME! As a BG native, I love finding new spots and will definitely be spreading the word about this place. The food was delicious, and the portions were generous. I had the Spicy Miso Soup, while my boyfriend had the Flames bowl—both were SO good. The service was phenomenal, and I am so grateful for our server Haley’s kindness, knowledge of the menu, and recommendations. She rocked! Additionally, it was fairly priced, which is hard to find these days, especially as a college student. I can’t wait to come back and bring my family with me next time. Thanks for a great date night, Simply Ramen!

Hidden ramen gem! Beef Udon and Chicken Ramen were delicious. The egg was perfectly cooked.

The service was good but if you came here for ramen this isnt the place. I got the spicy tonkotsu bowl and my wife got the seafood bowl and mine was some what edible but my wife was so bad neither of us could eat it. Ive had plenty of good ramen and this doesnt even come close to ramen.

After comparing other places in Bowling Green with the high-quality food and service of Simply Ramen, I can’t believe anyone chooses to go anywhere else. Alyssa, and other staff, and so friendly and attentive, and the food is (as always) delicious. I also love that I get to support our community through local business!
I won’t be going to another ramen spot in Bowling Green 🙂

Service was amazing. They have an awesome staff. Jasmine tea was also delicious. Got the Chicken Ramen and the noodles were undercooked and tough. Feel like they’re appetizers are decent but the Ramen did not have a good flavor and the vegetables were unseasoned- seemed like they just dumped frozen bag vegetables on top. Didn’t finish the Ramen

Never a bad meal..

Updated.. was a bit skeptical about carry out as opposed to eating my food hot in the restaurant.. but I was pleasantly surprised at how well my food was packaged and hot when I got home. Base ingredients separate from the soup. A + also noticed some small details in the bar area that were pretty cool!
New location looks great! Food is still amazing. Staff is helpful and nice. Spicy Shoyu is delicious (the flavor of the meat was outstanding) as was all the different dishes. A must to visit if you like noodles.

Tonight we had a great dinner in this place. Great service and good atmosphere. We ordered Shrimp Tempura, Spicy Shoyu Ramen, Beef Udon and 2 Boba Milktea. The spicy shoyu has a distinct taste coupled with narutomaki and spicy corn. Beef Udon has good combination of flavors and the 2 Boba milktea flavored Green Tea and Honeydew is a must try.

I ate there once and never back. Growing up in Hawaii, you’re blessed with a so many different cultures of infused Asian cuisine. I came to this place expecting the same quality that you would get from Hawaii, where the Musubis were born. I was so disappointed that they didn’t even use real spam. It tasted like the Walmart brand. We also got the ramen and it was edible but not great. Butch was amazing and his energy made up for my disappointed taste. Up your musubi game up please.

Bowling Green was in need of an authentic Ramen spot. The broth is so good! If you are a soup lover you need to try this place, and if you’ve never had Ramen before this would be a nice spot to try it for the first time.
The service is good, with indoor and, nice shaded outdoor seating.
The menu has a few other items if you have someone in the family that is not a fan of soup, and they now have a kids menu..
You can go crazy with toppings or keep it simple. The servings are very generous, and the appetizers are one of kind! Their coffee is also fresh and a nice little treat.
