Honestly don’t really do reviews but service was really worth making one. The worker working the cash register (receipt said Lilly) was super nice and noticed I was ordering a lot of bowls. She informed me about the app and the benefits including a free bowl and appetizer. BOH also super quick and everything came out great!

Rude girl at the cash register today, her co worker asked her why she was mad and she responded “I’m not mad, why does everyone keep asking me that, I just don’t want to talk.” And she proceeds to be rude to us when we wanted to order something else again. She continued to be rude when giving our food and receipt she just slammed it into our bag with food. She didn’t say a word to us.. she should be fired for being rude to her co workers and customers. This happened around 3pm on Feb 25 2026.

I ordered the combo plate via DoorDash and the meal was great. The issue I had though, is that I also ordered the new boba drink which was 5 dollars plus tax. My drink wasn’t filled up all the way. I felt like they were greedy with the drink. I have ordered boba from different places and they always fill it up to the top.

I usually do not waste my time doing reviews but every time I go to the Yoshinoya in Santa Fe Springs there’s a problem. Sometimes the food is just no good but mostly it’s the service. The girl’s at the drive through are so rude. I just picked up food and the girl practically threw it at me. She had such a bad attitude. Where is management at ??? The people need supervision. I keep seeing responses from management to peoples complaints/reviews saying sorry but apparently not doing anything about it. The bad service just seems to continue?

Allways disappointmenting this yoshinoya, very very poor portions and looks used chicken is only legs, is not worth pay 11.14 for a combo bowl.with soda.
Portions of rice and meat have been decreasing so is not worth to eat in this Yoshinoya.
I update with a chiken chiken combo in second picture from Downey and you will see the big difference

Second time around, ordered 2 large bowls
All beef (no veggies) & beef +chicken w/veggies
Our bowls were served sloppy, never mind it having portions of a kids bowl, smh! ♀️ presentation is everything!
It just shows whomever was preparing bowls, was not in the greatest mood Will not come back to this location

Really good deals with the coupons. The chicken and beef are always fresh just had a minor problem with the not so fried rice, it was over cooked and hard in some places.
Update: they overcharged me for my order and I didn’t realize it until after I left the drive thru. The got my order correct but charged me for somebody else’s order.
