BE VERY CAREFUL ORDERING FROM THIS BURGER KING! ALL 6 CHICKEN SANDWICHES WAS UNDERCOOKED. CHICKEN WAS STILL COLD AND RAW IN THE MIDDLE. ALL THE FRIES ALSO TERRIBLE HARD AND COLD. I HAVEN’T BEEN TO A BURGER KING IN YEARS THIS WAS MY FIRST TIME BACK AND I WILL SAY THIS LOCATION RUINED IT FOR ME. I FILED AN ONLINE COMPLAINT AFTER SPENDING $25.00 AND HAVING TO THROW ALL THE FOOD AWAY DUE TO CHICKEN BEING RAW. NO CALL CALL BACK FROM THE MANAGER NOR DID I RECEIVE A REFUND. HORRIBLE FOOD AND CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!

I wouldn’t normally comment on fast food but this place deserves a mention. Upon walking in I couldn’t get over how delicious it smelled. The order, which was detailed, was fast and correct. The fries, which I don’t usually love, were great, as was the rest of the food. The restaurant was lovely and obvious care had been taken to ensure cleanliness. Very impressed!!

Just left here and this was hands-down the worst food experience I’ve ever had in my life. The bread on all of our hamburgers had mold on it and that killed Burger King for me and I will never be returning to this franchise or company again. I haven’t had Burger King in over 10 years and decided to give it a shot with my group and I am so disappointed and will never go back to another Burger King again. I do not recommend this location.

No one is ever there to serve you at 6:30am. Always wait a few min and just leave. This is horrible customer service and you should change your hours on google if you are not open to take orders. Thanks a lot for waisted time in the mornings.

I recently had a very disappointing experience at Burger King that I feel compelled to share. I ordered a fish sandwich, expecting the usual quality, but what I received was far from acceptable.

The fish looked and tasted as if it had been cooked two days before. It was dry, tough, and lacked any fresh flavor. The bun was also stale, making the entire sandwich nearly inedible. I was extremely disappointed with the quality of the food.

To make matters worse, the service was indifferent and slow. It took an unusually long time to receive my order, despite there being no crowd at the time. When I brought up the issue with the fish sandwich to the staff, they were unhelpful and did not offer any resolution or apology.

Overall, my visit to this Burger King location was one of the worst dining experiences I’ve had in a long time. I hope they take customer feedback seriously and make necessary improvements to their food quality and service.

I’m indifferent concerning this establishment, because of the service that I received. I’m human and I do understand that first impressions are important. Especially, in meetings and greeting the public. Then there’s the handling of people. I feel like we should all really reassess our motives, hearts, and attitudes. I had to drive back because the order wasn’t right. But, for me it was the approach and quality of service. The employees ( some) I believe should look at their services. Would you really want someone to take care of you like this/ that . Hopefully, today will bring us all to want change.
