***2nd visit*** 1/31/26
So I went back just to be sure that it was as amazing as the first time I visited last week and I was not disappointed! I just can’t believe this place is so good and service is excellent. I sat in there for over an hour just enjoying my meal an observing the interactions between staff and customers. From the person that greeted people at the door to the bussers clearing tables, the entire staff was pleasant polite and in some cases extremely funny and endearing. I informed my server that even after I move I will make the hour and a half drive as often as possible and then I’ll tell my family I’m going to get coffee and be gone for 3 hours LOL. I took a picture this time of the beef tamale cheese enchilada combo with albondigas soup, chips and salsa. The Masa on the tamale is light and full of flavor with tender delicious beef inside and just the perfect amount of perfectly spiced red chili. The cheese inside the enchilada was melted perfectly and even when it cooled off it stayed a nice consistency and did not turn it into rubber which often happens with cheese enchiladas. The best thing however was the actual red enchilada sauce that topped the dish. It had the perfect blend of flavor, a little bit of spice and a great consistency so that it actually stayed on top of the food and blended with the cheese that was on top an absolute magic harmony. The best part was there was none of that acidic aftertaste that often happens with red chili sauces. I tried really hard to find fault with any component of the meal and it was just excellent. I can’t wait to go back and try something else off of the menu. I will do my best to post pictures and updates and by the way if any of the management read this my server was Oscar and he was also my server last time and and he is excellent and I would definitely give him a raise because he’s great and quite honestly even if the food would have been lackluster I probably would have come back to give it a second shot just because he was such a great server and his manner and attention to detail was really great and refreshing.

Wow this place was amazing!!! I can’t believe I’ve lived up here all these years and I didn’t know it was there. It was the best food best service great price for the amount of food everything just spectacular could not have asked for anything better. I’m so sad that I’m relocating out of the area I will be making trips up just to go here. Please give it a shot it looks like a little hole in the wall place I’m telling you it was excellent.

Amazing experience at Mexico Lindo! The food was incredible – every dish was flavorful and beautifully presented. The service was top-notch, with friendly and attentive staff. The ambiance was cozy and inviting. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for great food and excellent service. Will definitely be back!

The food here is really good! Visit this restaurant pretty often due to the food quality and value. Tuesday taco night is great, but sometimes difficult to get a table. I’ve never had any problems with my food here, and after many visits that’s saying something. Highly recommend.

First time at this restaurant, and this restaurant would have received 5 stars from me except one little thing. We ordered mango margaritas and felt like I was drinking a juice. We rarely drink alcohol, but ONCE IN A WHILE, we like to have a margarita, No alcohol in the cocktails, would’ve ordered another one except, I just paid for an expensive juice, otherwise would recommend this place for the food and service.

Cute & clean! Great food, service, quality, & prices. We were looking for dinner options on Sunday and my husband saw this place online, so we decided to give it a try. Long story short, we enjoyed the food so much on Sunday, so we just came for Taco Tuesday and that was just as delicious! This will definitely be one of our new little spots.

A gem in High desert! Highly recommend dining here when you are in the area. It may not seem too much on the outside but it was comfortable dining inside. They have great selection on specialties and we enjoy their chimichanga and relleno. The salsa was also lit! Service was quick and staff was friendly. Will definitely come back.

Ok, so this place has lots of potential for sure. I gave it 4 stars because there was no happy hour as that is my thing when I go out.
We did order margaritas and they we’re pretty damn good. The chips they serve we’re not that great but their salsa was amazing. We also ordered chicken nachos. They we’re sooooooo damn good. The chicken was so juicy and the sauce they used was amazing. The beans were on point as well as the guacamole…. Excellent customer service!!! I would come back but wish they had better deals.

I go often lately the fajitas are so small I get the combination, n they only give you 3 tortillas that bothers me … Anyway its good I’ll go back but sometimes the waitress aren’t friendly.. the guys are but the girls ehhhh, I like the food and its kinda pricey also … I’ll still go back

Do not order enchiladas suizas! They don’t understand how to make them. They put dry shredded chicken into corn tortillas without putting caso fresco and chile Verde inside first. They tried to fix the dish by dumping salsa Verde on the top. No bueno!
