Went for a late dinner with my wife while we were in the toledo area and we were not disappointed. My wife and I both got the chicken and rice bowls with some added veggies and it was amazing! We also tried the pb and j roll as well. The roll is made with rice so there is some texture there which for me was actually quite pleasant. The flavors also weren’t overpowering. The employee who took our order was knowledgeable about the menu even though she hasn’t been there long and was able to accomodate my wife who has a seafood alergy. The only complaint I have is that there seamed to be some tension with the employees that were there, but we didn’t really see that until we were already leaving. The building was very clean and all of the supplies were stocked. The price was very reasonable. We ate for $40 for everything including drinks. That also did include a discount for the military. And quite honestly, we probably could have gotten one bowl to split. One bowl is quite a bit of food.

Tried this place for the first time yesterday! The food was very interesting and we’ll definitely have to come back and try their sushi. My fiancé and I each tried a different bowl, he had the chicken curry and i had the chicken and rice bowl with mango added. Mine tasted like a big sushi roll lol and we also had the chicken gyoza. I really liked their mandarin tea, it was so yummy. The service was really good. We’ll definitely come back and try some other items some other time.

Great dinner! Large portions and the person pictured working at the register was very friendly, patient, and made my bowl perfectly! Everything is kept very clean as well. The ingredients in the pick-up table are nicely separated and not messy.

Visiting from newyork this place was Extremely clean and well kept, staff was really friendly and helpful the lady who took my order was very knowledgeable I’m pretty sure she was the manager just awesome customer service! Huge servings! Vegetarian and vegan options. Tofu actually had flavor unlike most bowl places 10/10 would visit again ✨ excuse my photo I tore into the bowl before thinking of taking a photo lol

I really love the food at Fusian.
It’s pricey in the land of grocery store sushi, sure, but it’s better. It tastes better, it feels better, it’s honest to goodness fresh sushi, and that’s to be celebrated but devouring it and rolling your swollen fish filled body out the door.
Their tuna poke is perfect, truly, no notes. The tuna is fresh, the red onion, avocado and cucumber are peak fresh, and the sauce is so sweet and delicious. It’s the perfect bowl of flavor.
I get a Cali roll on the size because again, I love good crab and sweet sauces, and this roll is great.
My kids enjoyed the shrimp tempura, and the chili dipping sauce was really delicious.
The carrot and finger salad is standard Japanese house salad fare, but still a tasty addition.

For my first time going into Fusian, the store was very clean, employees were very nice, and the sushi was quite good! I had the rainbow roll. I think the roll was priced realistically, it’s not the best sushi i’ve had but for the price its great!
