As someone who grew up around the Mexican culture in Texas, I can proudly say this is the actual best place to get true, authentic, family owned Mexican food. They are quick on their feet, very welcoming, and incredibly friendly. The food comes out fresh and they have the best water (my partner and I are extremely picky on our water). I honestly don’t have a single bad thing to say about this place. I’ve been coming here for almost two years and after coming here, I won’t go to any other Mexican restaurant. Highly recommend! Oh and I highly recommend trying the barbacoa tacos if you’re a barbacoas person!

My boyfriend and i absolutely ADORE coming in here when we are able to! They arent expensive at all, we just travel a lot for work but stop in when we can. Definitely recommend the barbacoa tacos and their margs but you cant go wrong with anything there really, thats just my favorite. My boyfriend likes the quesabirria tacos! And if you like spicy stuff, ask for the hottest sauce they have! You wont be disappointed!

Love love love this place! More people need to know about it. Real authentic Mexican restaurant that is kind of hidden.I get the steak fajitas and it is always cooked perfect they had 10oz margaritas on the daily special too! Great amount of food for the price and the server was super sweet

Went here Wednesday for food. Been here a few times. I never leave bad reviews but 3 days later I’m being admitted to the ER with server hiccups and food poisoning. This is not joke. Worst pain I ever felt in my life. Called the owner prior and told him I didn’t want to leave a bad review but he just laughed and shrugged it off. I was just wanting him to be aware of that he has some bad food floating around in that restaurant.

We called in the order. The person who took the order was very courteous and helpful. We had some special requests and they were glad to assist us. The food was ready and labeled by the time we got there. Tocos were delicious. The two types of salsa were amazing. Had a nice spicy level to them. Best tacos I have had in Wichita! Amazing food and great service.

Nice little taco spot! Staff was friendly and the restaurant was nice. Salsa was straight juice, with no chunks or even paste, but it did have a nice flavor. Food came out fresh and was pretty delicious. Overall it was a pleasant experience.

Here is another example of why you should eat local instead of national chain fast food. For about the same money I would have spent at a national chain, I got authentic, MUCH better tasting tacos and I received my carryout out in about the same time I would have spent in a drive thru lane during the lunch hour. Taco Y Mas serves up some great tacos, all worthy of repeat buys!
