Stopped here at this new location to see what the hype was about . There was nothing special about at all . Just another chicken place .I hit the drive thru and the woman walked up to the truck and said what are you having tonight. There was no welcome to Zaxby’s or a menu. My husband asked the woman how she was doing and all she said was I am cold. We had to ask for a menu to see what to order. We ordered two Boneless Wings Meal and it was $19.00. The boneless chicken pieces was dry and didn’t have any buffalo sauce on them . The fries was why to salty and over seasoned with season salt. The bread was greasy and salty. The only thing that was good was the tea . That was all. It was a waste of money. Will never be back .

This is one of the best Zaxby’s I have visited since my time going to the original Zax in Statesboro, GA in the early 1990’s. Yesterday, I swear I had the best Kickin’ Chicken sandwich that I have had since May 1996. This is old school Zax food (the good stuff) being sold out of a very clean and appealing store that looks good inside and from the road. Great service. Great food. Happy for lil ole Folkston. We’ve got a winner with this restaurant.

My husband and I came the second day of opening, it only took me 6 1/2 minutes to order, pay, and get my food through the drive thru! Phenomenal service! So tonight we decided to bring the kids and eat inside, food was so fresh and hot! My family was fighting over the lemon pepper wings, so we had to order more they were so good! We swear they are better than wing stop!

First visit to this location. It’s small quaint with a kind of retro feel. The restaurant was clean and well staffed. We are welcomed immediately and we took a moment to review the menu before ordering. When we were ready they immediately took our order. Our food came out quickly and we had crew members come and check on us to make sure everything was correct. We also had one of the supervisors come by and check on our table, very impressive. The food was very good everything was hot and fresh and cooked to perfection. Chicken tenders were a little small but no big deal might just been the luck of the draw. Fries were spot on and the little vegetable egg roll thingies where the bomb. Sweet tea was as expected. It appeared to me a little bit of a upper tier Zaxby’s with the crew and management being over the top cuz customer service was spectacular. They may not have researched their clientele sufficiently, being rural Georgia lot of us are big old boys and those booths in the restaurant weren’t built for big old boys like us! So suck it up buttercup or sit at a table!

The workers were all great. Very nice and professional. The food wasn’t good. My salad had old pink and brown lettuce. They made me a new salad to take home. It only had 3 pieces of old lettuce in it. When a salad cost 12 bucks youd think it’d be great. But zaxbys decided to be different. As the prices go up, food quality goes down. Not the workers fault at all. Corporate/ management are to blame

It’s amazing how much a fast food place can stick out in this town when your order is always correct, the food is always hot, and the drive thru workers don’t seem like they want to stick an ice pick through your temple for daring to go there. Much needed addition to Folkston! Also, nice Christmas lights.
