If I could negative reviews on service I would. Tonight I went with my daughter and niece and we had the misfortune of going through the drive through and speaking with the rudest cashier I’ve never dealt with. She rolled her eyes, insisted that move up even though my order wasn’t complete and there was literally only one car behind me. I asked her to help me with the app and she said she isn’t paid enough and then I told her I hope she doesn’t talk that way to all the customers and then she said I hope you don’t hold the line all the time lol I laughed and what line,there is only one person behind me and I told her that talking to manager about her behavior and she walks away. So I leave but I call and ask to speak with the manager when I get home. The giel answers the phone when I call and she recognizes my voice and she supposedly gives me to the manager. The Manager didn’t seem to care and agreed she shouldn’t have done any of that but all she said was they would talk to her and they hope I come back and told them no, I’m absolutely not. I’m wondering if she was even the manager and maybe she was her work bestie. Either way totally unprofessional and I almost want to call again and get there hr’s number because it’s no wonder she have such lousy cashier’s. They don’t have to be any better because no matter what they will still have a job. Save your money and energy and go to Culver’s or anywhere instead.

Ordered food, was a very long wait.
was handed wrong order.
Then was asked to pull up by the door which didn’t make any sense, because the people behind me couldn’t get out of the drive-thru….. They should of had me pull around the building to the other door so people could get through….
Finally got my food & blizzard, was told spoon was in the box.
Blizzard had a lid on it, because it was so melted. They must of set it on a stove….
I always thought they were supposed to be able to flip the cup, to make sure it doesn’t come pouring out but apparently they just put lids on it, and call it a day.
Got all the way home, to find out no spoon in the box…
Good thing i went home, and wasn’t out on vacation or anything, i would of had no way to eat it.
Oh wait maybe that was why they melted it, so i can drink it.
They probably ran out of spoons.

Flies flies and more flies flies in the dining area flies in the restroom which were discusting see (video ), If you can get past that, the chicken strips that felt like they were fried straight out of Walmart’s Great value brand .
Cheese sauce that must’ve sat in the cup so long that it had a thin skin like layer to breakthrough to dip into lmao

Good service The staff was nice buttttttt The music was not for everyone as a pumped Christian jams of how much they love Jesus into your head as you try to enjoy your “Sundae” pun intended. food presentation needs to step it up, just a boring handover of thrown and fries thrown in chicken strips and a sloppy sundae. Bring your flyswatter and come check them out!!!

We waited for 10 minutes which is okay. We ordered tenders so I know it needed to fried to order. This is my basket. 2 of my 4 tenders are smaller than the sauce. They are nugget size.

possibly the worst dairy queen i have ever been to. i have yet to leave satisfied. everytime i finally get up to the window to get my order the ice cream is melted and they never have anything stocked here. 10/10 don’t recommend.

Went to buy lunch for myself and my 2 year old son before going to the museum. Only to find out we have been eating moldy good. I’m completely discusted and upset that the two mangers present failed to train their staff and keep their food fresh and clean. When I returned to the store they had nothing but excuses. This excuse came from the store Manger as well as the district Manger who happen to be there the same day. They offered me another sandwich, seriously like I was going to risk eating your food again given the off chance you would also spit in it. They was not helpful at all and food was very very bad and a health risk. Eat at your own risk.

Went through the drive through. Dark skin dude with black beard was super chill and friendly. Asked for ketchup and got enough unlike other fastfood places. Cheese curds were fresh!!! Gave us the wrong icecream at first but without even asking corrected it!!! Cannot stress enough how great of an employee the guy was!!! Seriously made me wanna come back and enjoy more delicious food!!!

Workers are very nice place was very clean. We got here on time. Ice cream was very good. The temperature in the room was very like medium room. Nice and warm. They flipped the blizzard up-and-down. The cheeseburger was nice and juicy. The price were very salty and nice. The ketchup was very watery and juicy. The seating was very comfortable. Their soda machine is so antique.It looks very cute and soda tastes very nice inside of it your ice is the perfect. Rectangular size was per were very cute and the lighting was perfect. They had signs to show you where their take home Dairy Queen was. In their counters, we’re very antique and cute and they had photos of all the food around their building and inside 10 out of 10. Definitely recommend going. It is located in a good spot next to a 100 stores. And there’s a nice long hallway to their bathroom. So you can take some time to not poop yourself. And their tiles on the floor are all the same lengths and they’re patterned really nice. In their design under seats or on top, which I’ve never seen the design anywhere. A end all of the worker’s hairs were very cute even though some of them didn’t have hair, it was still cute. The floors were just mopped and swept and it looked so clean.
