Great location if you’re already a fan of Monical’s. The food is on the upper end of the quality that you’d expect from this franchise. The staff is very friendly and efficient. They seem to enjoy working there. Atmosphere is great and they have a nice, large dining area.

I had a wonderful experience today. Went in just after the lunch crowd left. Ordered my favorite personal pleaser. I really liked the vibe as I could see the kitchen from where I was sitting. Where they were making the future frozen pizzas.

We have gone to the Eldorado Road restaurant twice the past 2 months. Not sure if they have new management or what, but the service was HORRIBLE both times. They were so slow with getting orders out both times. The most recent visit we waited 40 minutes for our Pizza and there were only 6 other people in the restaurant. We sat for quite a while with our drinks being empty and the waitress never did check on us during those 40 minutes. My daughter and I have decided not to go back to this place. Either management needs to step up or you need some responsible employees.

Conveniently located, a short distance off Veterans Parkway. Polite, courteous and attentive staff. Online and phone odering and take out and delivery. Wide range of pizza options and toppings, bread, soda, etc… Usually they have online and store discounts or specials.

Monicals is a local favorite, however our experience was borderline inedible. Salad had random black/brown pieces of lettuce to pick out, after eating a couple missed ones lost my appetite for salad, but hey there’s pizza coming! Pizza arrived, albeit undercooked. After eating the outer pieces (which appeared to be done, yet not at all crispy) revealing the inner ones that were obviously barely cooked, rubbery slimy crust. By then we’d lost our appetite for good. Too many better options in town for pizza to even consider Monicals.

The best thin crust pizza in Central Illinois. Our waiter, Cam, was a rockstar and was working the entire dining room by himself. He handled it with grace and a smile. Highly recommend going!

I ordered ahead online before the restaurant was open and my order was fresh and hot when I picked it up at opening time of 11 am. We are always pleased with our service whether we dine-in or pick up. The pizza is always perfection and the house dressing is the best! Thanks y’all!
