The worse. Save your health don’t eat there. Ordered biscuit and gravy it was like water with salt. You could drink it. Glad I tasted it before I put it on the biscuit.
Biscuit was hard as a rock. Why would you serve someone something like that, the employees clearly would not eat it why serve it to someone when you know it’s messed up??? I visited this store on 1/7/2026. Purchased a breakfast combo and received the wrong order. Called the store spoke with manager advised of situation and requested refund. Came back up to the store approximately 1pm and the doors were locked, lights off and no customers inside. Went to the drive thru was told by a man he’s not taking orders right now. Advised him of my situation and that I was there for a refund from this morning. He then stated
he does not know anything about that and he just arrived. Drove off with no refund I will never return to this location again!!!! And how does a fast food restaurant closed on the busiest time of day! Lunch hours!!!

These people are like family at this location. Especially the drive thru window folks, they are so great! Staff have been resilient on challenging days. I know people who have gone here for years and years. The biscuits are the absolute best and fulfill the Hardees promise whether you like sausage or bacon or any other style. More soda options would be nice.

Come on now!!! Not only did yall fall so far down the fast food chain that yall gave up on fried chicken, but did yall just stop cleaning the facilities or caring about staying in the fast food game? I walk in and there are 5 employees sitting in various places on the phone, sleeping or waiting on the slow death to end. My dude at the register waiting on his reup run took my order before going to wake up the cook in the back and telling the yn up front to get his shit together bc the cameras are watching him. Honestly I questioned even walkin in whether this specific location was even still open. Now I question why the hell I didn’t just keep walking through and back around to my car to go somewhere else… I made sure not to touch any counters, surfaces or tables as I stood there sticking to the floors, and I work on a fishing boat in Alaska, so if I can eat food while being soaking wet, covered in fish and nettles but not want to be in this place, that’s bad!

If it was possible to leave zero stars I would. Walked in and waited 5 mins as staff continued to walk past the counter with zero acknowledgement of my existence as a customer. While two staff members counted their drawers with their back turned to me… Weird time to change over drawers .. I the middle of lunch. I was literally the only one at the counter… And never got a hello, just one minute sir, or anything. Dumpster fire of a fast food brand. Now I see why it was empty and all the Hardees are closing in Richmond.

The drive through was slooooooowwwww! I know that I waited at least 20 minutes for a big bag lunch! Fries were cold and the Burgers were not prepared as ordered. They need someone else in that kitchen that can multi-task.

I went there today and stood at the register for over 10 minutes. I asked the guy behind the drive through window if he could take my order. He said no. I asked to speak to a manager 3 times and each time he said no.
I have eaten here before, and the breakfast biscuits are very good. The service is usually terrible and today it was nonexistent. I have never seen customer service with such terrible attitudes right out in the open. I had to walk out after about 15 minutes.
If management reads this, I wish they would check the video and see how bad the service usually is.

I have went to multiple locations. All of them have been really slow, it’s like 1 person is both cashier and cook. Also most of the times the food come out sloppy.
