Popped in here while exploring downtown Ellsworth, looking for some Matcha which seems to be a bit difficult to find in the area. Thankfully, we found Flexit because the Matcha was really delicious! My wife and I both ordered an Iced Lavender Matcha and the drinks came out quickly and efficiently.
It seemed like a cute place to hang out and do some working/study sessions. Plus the location is perfect. Plenty of parking nearby and lots of other shops to explore post-caffeine.
We did not order food during this visit so I cannot comment on the food. However, I will say that it seemed like they had a great selection of food as well as a grab-n-go section with lots of items from the cafe and other local vendors.
If we’re ever back in Ellsworth, we will 100% be back.

The cafe was nice and had quite a few options. I popped in on my way out of Arcadia to get breakfast solo. I ordered a large hot mocha latte and with a breakfast burrito sandwich. The latte was delicious as well as the burrito. They were both flavorful, and we’ll made. The staff member helping was pretty blah but again food was good.

I decided to stop in and grab a coffee here before perusing the main street shops, and this little cafe was adorable even from the street. The windows are full of green and flowering plants that immediately welcome you in. There are local art pieces and locally-made greeting cards also for sale inside. They have a good selection of grab-and-go deli items and wrapped desserts. I decided to keep it simple and get a 12 oz hazelnut latte ½ sweet and they did a really good job of preparing that. It was tasty and quickly-made. There was plenty of indoor seating as well and it looks like a really good place to meet a friend for coffee or quietly do school work. Definitely recommend!

This is a lovely place for coffee and breakfast sandwiches. We loved the breakfast sandwich so much that we came back twice while staying in Ellsworth. The atmosphere is inclusive and service is wonderful. Vibes are relaxing! There is art sold by a local Maine artist that is beautiful. I bought a piece and accidentally forgot it at the coffee shop but had already left town. I called and they said they had the print and would mail it back to my home right away. I got notification that it was in the mail just an hour later. If this doesn’t tell you about the service this place provides, I’m
not sure what else would. Thank you for being amazing, Flexit!!!!

Nice coffee. We ordered hot chocolate and pumpkin latte. The hot chocolate was a little too sweet but rest was good. The blueberry coffee cake was fantastic. The major think we loved was the ambience of the shop. It was great and would definitely recommend it.

Soooooo good. The staff is friendly and the sandwiches were awesome. We got a tofu bahn mi and the BLT – both were excellent. The compostable cups and lids were awesome to see too! Nice work to the crew there 🙂

Grabbed a wrap out of their to-go section, which is chilled but not super cold…it was 2 days old! I ate half of it, telling myself the taste was just vinegar, but I opened up the other half of the wrap and the lettuce was brown/decaying and the cucumber was drying and really soft. I really don’t think wraps+sandwiches like these should be sold after 24 hours. Really gross and soggy and decaying. The kicker is that it had a sticker on it saying it was good for another 2 days, no way do freshly made sandwiches last that long, especially not in an open air chiller.
