I had a really nice experience tonight. I was taking a little long at the drive through to decide (no one was behind me), but the person taking the order was very polite and patient and asked if I had any questions. Furthermore, when I rolled up to the window, the young gentlemen greeted me kindly and gave us our order pretty fast and even double checked on sauces we might need. When we were leaving, the gentleman wished us a wonderful night. I believe the cashier’s name was Zachary S. It’s rare to have such politeness and kindness in today’s world of quick eats. Thanks for the great experience tonight, Zachary!

The tea was stale and my supreme tacos were literally just meat on a stale taco shell. There was no cheese, there was no lettuce, there was no sour cream. It was just meat on a taco shelf. Unfortunately, I did not notice until I already picked up a kids.

Rude employees that think you should be happy paying for something and not getting what you actually want. I guess it’s a good thing we were forced to use the drive thru instead of eating there, since they messed up my wife’s special order. At least at home she had her inhaler close by when she realized the burrito she ordered without cheese actually had cheese in it!!

Over 30 minutes wait time. No apologies and they are three, trying to serve 4 customers in line. Anyway, the order was messed up too. Soft and messy taco instead of crunchy. And so much for “fast” food.

Update: Over a year later and this place is still by far the worst Taco Bell I have seen. Corporate couldn’t even bother responding to the fact they gave me a smashed moldy Mexican pizza.
Absolutely disgusting. Only two cars in the parking lot yet I clearly get handed a mexican pizza that has been sitting all day. Its like they had a contest to see how gross they could make the order look. I’ll be calling to hopefully get the health department to do an inspection there.
