They were friendly, took my order and delivered my order in a decent amount of time. I dont usually have high expectations for many Burger King’s I’ve visited lately, but this location was great. I was satisfied and I wish I could say the same for all Burger King’s Ive visited over the past few years.

Don’t go here it’s not worth your time or sanity to try to go through the drive thru. Had to give a 1 star but would love to make it a zero. We have spent 20 mins ‘so far’ in the drive thru just us and 1 other car at 6 pm and I have had plenty of time to type this whole thing out and still haven’t moved. We finally just gave up and left

So I Ordered two double cheeseburgers nothing special, and got home with regular cheese burgers, just awful and I should have known better but I was super hungry and tired from working 14 hours straight , they can relax I get the hint not to bother them again

Asked for Fish sandwich to be dropped fresh and this what I got. I’m very disappointed. Every since the young lady that was Manager moved away, this burger King is going down to me.

I arrived at the drive-thru and waited for five minutes, attempting to order multiple times with no response. Since the lights were on and the posted hours indicated the restaurant was open until midnight, I pulled up to the window. I saw two employees standing inside, talking. When I mouthed, “Are you open?” one of them simply shook her head no—despite the restaurant clearly being open. It was evident that they were choosing not to serve customers, which is completely unacceptable. Lazy employees always wanting free money, ridiculous. This level of service is disappointing to say the least, and reflects poorly on the management and staff. Time to let them folks go- and hire some actual employees- that aren’t trying to work the system.

I stopped here for breakfast and was very surprised at the fast service. I didn’t think anything of it because I was the only person in the drive thru. Very good customer service and friendly staff but the food…… I was VERY DISAPPOINTED! I ordered 2 ham, egg and cheese croissants with an order of French toast stick. The stick were fresh but the sandwich was old and dry! My sandwich had been made at least 20-30 minutes before I ordered it, just sitting under a light! That’s why the service was so fast!

Went in and the lady’s we’re very friendly. They made sure my food was hot and the wait time wasn’t long and I love that you all have the music playing as we waited on our food. Just love the vibe and professionalism of the staff and manager on duty will be back .

Went to this place Monday about 6:00 p.m. pulled up to the window let him know I placed an order in app and it was paid for told to drive around. Where I find a lady standing there eating french fries out of my bag and finding it absolutely hilarious and hands it to me. Ask to speak to a manager and was told no. Had I not needed to get my kids to work at FedEx I would have stayed and had an issue and probably went to jail with the disgusting behavior. But chose to come back the next day and speak to a manager and I’m not satisfied with her answers to what happened and will happen in response to this.
