Decent slices. If you taste the pepperoni before cheese, you won’t like cheese. So have cheese first. I liked the cute little place here. $4/cheese slice. $4.5/pepperoni slice. Not bad. They didn’t have seasoning. No oregano, no Italian seasoning. It’s a must I believe for places that sell slices but anyway I had a good time. Also, the staff was friendly. Thank you!

I’ve had nothing but great experiences here. The buffalo chicken salad I ordered last time was AMAZING — fresh, flavorful, and perfectly made. This time around, Art was kind enough to make me a hoagie and only charged me half price, which really meant a lot.
Art is a genuinely great guy, and this place reflects that energy — very clean, upbeat, and welcoming. It’s one of those spots where kindness truly goes both ways. You can tell he cares about his customers and his business.

I’m extremely disappointed with my most recent experience ordering delivery from Gennaro’s Pizza.
I placed a similar order earlier in January and everything was fine, so I reordered the same items on January 30th. This time, however, the experience was completely unacceptable.
The estimated delivery time came and went. After waiting over an hour, I called the store and spoke with one employee who was polite and apologized, telling me the driver was on the way and I should be seeing them soon. Despite that, the food still didn’t arrive for another 40 minutes. I live about seven minutes from this location, so a delay of nearly two hours makes no sense.
When the wings finally arrived, they were cold — not warm, not hot, but room temperature. I called the store again to ask about a refund or a remake, and the person I spoke with this time was extremely rude and argumentative. He insisted there was “no way” the wings could be cold because they were wrapped in foil, even though I had just touched them. He then threatened to block my number and told me I would no longer be allowed to order from them.
I was even offered only a $5 credit for an order that took nearly two hours and arrived cold and inedible. I had to reheat the wings myself, and by that point it was so late that I barely wanted to eat anymore.
Between the excessive delay, the food quality, and the hostile customer service, this was a terrible experience. I won’t be ordering again.
