Food was not hot when it was supposed to be fresh. Chicken strips were not coated with sauce. I asked for extra crispy onion rings and they were not extra crispy. Cashier couldnt even get the order right and almost charged us extra for extra drinks. And my chicken strip basket didnt even had toast like it was supposed to.

Brought my kids here after a hockey game to get blizzards. The blizzards were no where near blizzards, just a muddy mess. I addressed the issue with the employee , he and the cashier immediately argued with me. I asked him to turn them upside down and he he refused blaming ingredients as problem. There is a huge sign right by the entry that says turn it upside down or next one free. Nope they just refused to fix or address it any further. Date is 1/18

The worker Hannah always gets my order wrong every time. This is my last time coming to Dairy Queen in Barron. She messed up so bad I repeated myself over 5 times even after getting the food. How hard is it get 2 chicken strip baskets, 1 barbecue and one Parmesan. She messed it up SO many times. My friend was even getting mad. This is ridiculous!

Went there with my best friend, our meals were fresh, n hot. Tasted good and had a sundae. The staff were friendly but noticed that there was a bunch of people waiting for there food. Overall it was a good experience

I ordered curbside for pickup at 7:05, got here and waited until 7:20 to go inside. I was waiting at the counter while the two employees made ice cream and they chose to attend to a doordash driver and what seemed to be one of their grandfather, both of whom just cut in line and walked up to the counter. I waited another 15 minutes and watched the line back up. They seemed to only serve who they want to. A guy sitting next to me, also waiting, said he paid and had been waiting about as long. Order# 37781002602020864, you owe me money.
Why aren’t there any adults present? There was nobody there I could talk to about at least getting my money back!

Most likely the best fast food burger I’ve ever had, I’ve never bit into a sandwich like that. Incredible. The dude taking my order was strictly professional and good at his job. My order was fairly big and they filled it very quickly. Awesome location in an awesome little town. McDonald’s has nothing in this DQ. McDonald’s sucks. And they are getting so much more pricey. Can’t believe it. Ridiculous. This DQ is Such a refreshing way to eat dinner. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Was here on 5/11/2025 and ordered 2 $7 meals with an upgrade to a blizzard on one . The food was good but the blizzard which was supposed to be Reese’s tasted like plain ice cream. We then came today on 5/18/2025 and again food was good but butterfinger blizzard was not blended very well as everything was in the bottom. We have also ordered a blizzard and sundae and waited 20 minutes for them and finally had to ask. The blizzard was in a drawer and sundae wasn’t even made. Will probably still order hot food here but will go elsewhere for Ice Cream.
