I go here often bc it’s on my way to work . But the last few times it’s been terrible . I ordered a sausage egg and cheese on a croissant. the meant was still frozen. I couldn’t go back to get a new one . So I let it go . Today I got a bagel with cream cheese that’s what I got . This is what I paid for .

Best service ever!!! The very handsome man Josh F was very attentive and friendly. He takes pride in his work and strives to deliver the best coffee/food/service. Even during the busy holiday rush they manage to provide service with a smile. As long as you come in with a good and respectful attitude these guys will take care of you. Don’t forget to tip generously during the holidays! These kids show up every day, work hard and don’t get the appreciation they deserve.

I came here this morning like I do every morning because is convenient and around my way. I ordered for curbside and I waited and waited and no one came so I went inside and my order was just sitting there. I asked for the manager and the girl said he wasn’t available. I can’t call the store because they’re phone is out of service. I explained to them that i ordered for curbside and that is my order sitting there and asked why nobody brought it to me. Her response was “we’re busy” but yet there was only two people when I went inside. You call that busy? No, you’re just lazy and don’t want to do your job! I’m sorry my friend but this happens EVERY TIME I come. And on top of that , my order is always wrong and I just let it go because I don’t have time to turn back around being that I will be late to where I have to get to. I was late today and the last time because of your staffs! The staffs here are so rude and unprofessional. They give you an attitude as if they’re giving you anything for free. God forbid you have a question. I’m sorry my friend but I will not be coming here anymore. I gave this place the benefit of the doubt because the manager said there will be a lot of changes but yet nothing has changed at all. I definitely do not recommend this place. If you decide to come here, make sure you check your order before you leave! I will be finding a new Dunkin Donuts!

Horrible and unorganized and dirty. Manager is non chalant and she shouldn’t even be managing a DD! Nothing is ever available and they are ALWAYS out of one thing or another never replenishing ! This is way people will pay more and get excellent beverages and items at Starbucks. Would rather go there I stead. HUGE mistake going to this one!

When I arrived, I specifically asked if they were still running their munchkin topped donuts promotion. After the employee put his phone away, he said yes. But thats not what I received. Sadly, I was already home when I noticed I paid for munchkins but did not receive any. I called the restaurant, twice, no answer. I complained to a customer service number, who said I’d receive a call from the owner, but I did not. I spent $21 on this trip to DD. And the attendant threw away my perks card saying they don’t usually return it to customers. I asked what would happen if I had my card on auto reload and he just threw it away and he said I could get the app! Definitely lacking in customer service skills and just plain people skills. Some people don’t have the means to download apps whether it be not technologically savvy or memory space availability. I will not return to this location.
