As usual barely any toppings .
I ordered green bell peppers they put jalapinos ,and 6 pieces of chicken
I called and the manager said since i ate a slice they cant/wont fix my order .
I ate a slice and thought this pizza has a bit of a kick then realized they put jalapinos on my pizza.
This is what happens when a dominos manager gets paid $ 11 ph they just do not care about treating customers right .
His failure to fix his screw up only drove me away ill never order from dominos.
It only takes one person like that with poor management skills to run a company down .
But i guess when your highest education level is 7th grade becoming a dominos manager is a acheivment .

i literally had pizza that i left in the ice box that wasn’t dry as this ! .First off i called the store & said “ hey how are you are doing ? “ was responded to with a “ what do you need” . lol completely rude , deliverer literally was lost so i called the store trying to get him to contact me. I was told “‘well wait until he call you then “ with the most disgusting attitude. drove around to try to track the deliverer down because my kids was hungry. he finally brought it & this what i get lol. worse service ever !!!! oh yeah & the wings taste like straight old grease

Ordered at 7:30 & my food wasn’t ready until around 8 after leaving my house for no reason because it said it was done in the app. Poor communication also onsite . 43.00$ worth of food I didn’t receive because they were taking all day and had poor communication.

-Pizza tracker on the app said DELIVERED when nobody came.
– when the app said the driver was 3 minutes away, I had to wait at least 30 minutes in the cold and rain to wait for the driver.
– Had to wait on hold for 13 minutes to inform Domino’s that no pizza was delivered
– when I called, the person said they THOUGHT they sent someone out
– Two pizzas come cold and need to be warmed in the oven
– pizza pictured below (diced tomatoes, spinach, mushrooms, and olives) looks super greasy. Pizza sticks to the cardboard. Tomatoes are wet.
– this was a free pizza (+ extra charges) and was ruined (you can only get a free pizza after ordering multiple times to collect points)
– only get a free pizza as a conciliation. You work to get 60 points for free pizza – only to get a bad pizza to replace a good pizza. They did quality checking for over an hour, WHERE’S THE QUALITY!?
– also ordered marbled cookie-brownies, which were slightly burnt at the bottom
– cost $6 for four 20-oz cokes
– paid $47 for the order

Orderd a large extreme pepperoni and some chicken pasta.
Needless to say I’m having to re cook my pasta in my oven as we speak because it’s so extremely milky. Our pizza isn’t pepperoni at all and looks like it was dumped out and replaced in the box. Me and My fiance called Many times and sat on hold for a VERY long time. Customer service was absoutley RUDE!
Worst experience ever!
I would give -Stars if possible. Because 1 star, in my option, is to much.
My fiance was also on hold for 6mins and 16secs.
$26.37 worth of JUNK! And 60 mins there and back to pick it up.
Lost our business for sure.

If I could provide a ZERO RATING, I would! Customer service…HORRIBLE! They tried to give me burnt pizza, burnt jalapeño & bacon bread with tons of grease leaking off the top of it! The tried to get an attitude and question my dissatisfaction. Told me it would be a 20 minute wait & slammed the window. I tried to go in but they keep the door locked. Lucky, Lucky. I prepaid for pizza, bread sticks, and drinks for my students. But NEVER AGAIN!
