They forgot a small 8pc wings on my order, accidents happen. I called the store to inform them, And the manager couldn’t have been more apologetic. They had the wings at my door within 15 minutes, and they were 10/10 some good wings. Awesome people.

Ordered small combo got home and pizza ordered was with tomatoes and mushrooms. It was an everything pizza. Called 5 times with no answer. Went there showed slip and Pizza and they asked what’s wrong. Pizza not what ordered. Took slip went out back. 15 minutes later order dropped off on counter and I guess asst mgr. walked away only saying all set. No we’re sorry or anything it was like my fault they couldn’t read a slip. Check your order before leaving.

Very on point delivery service, great drivers. If you order an on special pizza then I notice they skimp the toppings otherwise go to pizza! Papa John’s or Dominoes won’t compare. Madison Avenue is where it’s at for fr fr shite, otherwise the dudes do it quick in 30-40 don’t expects slot from any special deals though! We noticed how skimpy you get w the pepperonis buddy!

The fact that I ordered pizza, gave my address paid for it over the phone with a live person from the actual store. They got my address wrong and attempted to deliver to the wrong address after I paid for it. I called back the SAME number I ordered from but all I got was the call center people! They expressed to me they couldn’t change the address to the correct one. This is beyond me and really annoying. Do better Pizza Hut !!!

I’m new to the area, I usually order from Domino’s in Hudson and they are always on spot Love their food….I ordered a large meat lovers hand tossed pizza here in tarpon online and it wasn’t done. The manager I spoke with that night not Nelson was like that’s how they are supposed to be.. I said soggy and undercooked. He did give me a free pizza though so but I ordered again today Hawaiian deep dish and it was a hassle because the order was supposed to go through online the manager said Nelson which was very nice and did a great job but was having issues himself with it, so hassle really. I did get a small personal pan pizza and they gave me breadsticks and I went ahead and ordered some more pasta because it had a minimum. I didn’t think it was going to be a personal pan pizza when I ordered a large meat lovers I should have gotten that back not a small personal pan pizza breadsticks that doesn’t make up for a pizza but he did take the cost off with the pasta so fair enough but we had to speak a few times but he was very nice and did a good job other than that as well there’s no point showing up on the point system when you order pizza on this website so I give it a two star. And the food wasn’t that good either I like Domino’s much better.

We order pizza from this store all the time as it is our favorite pizza!!! But today, we are very disappointed. I ordered the same thing I always order, a large stuffed crust pizza with extra cheese and extra sauce. The pizza was delivered over cooked, dark brown, completely dry and tough. Definitely no extra sauce. But I thought, mistakes happen no big deal. So I called the store, spoke to a manager, who was very nice and offered to send out a remake. Sweet! So we waited an hour for another pizza to be delivered and this one is more burnt than the first one. I’m super sad to say I think we need to find another pizza place because my kids won’t even touch this pizza. Look at the photo of a cheese pizza from the website, vs the pizza I received below-

Had an order delivered 7/8 it was incorrect and not cooked correctly even the bread sticks were doughy! The pizza I received wasn’t the pizza I ordered. Called what I thought was store and went to call center . They said I would be refunded. Over a week later no refund. Finally get a hold of someone at store who said have to call next week on Thursday to speak to general manager. This will be 2weeks after fact asked for manager they said he was just leaving and that is what he said to tell me. I order from there regular have never had issues. What happened to customer service. My family members manage at other pizza place and they said that is crazy also. I am not one that complains on social media but not sure where else to turn at this point. Just making customers aware.

The atmosphere was good. The girl at the front counter was very friendly and helpful. The only discrepancy I have is the pizza sauce not the pizza itself but the sauce tasted like spaghetti sauce and it was not very good but other than that the pizza presented well tasted good but I just didn’t like the sauce. I’d still recommend the place because it’s very friendly atmosphere was cool and down to earth and it just is what it is.

It’s so so. I forgot the same thing happened last year when I ordered or I would’ve reminded them- ordered the chicken tenders and there was barely any garlic parm sauce in the container. It wasn’t coated on the chicken at all, just a tiny amount in the crevice of the bottom of the container that was impossible to dig out.
