Outstanding Staff at this Chipotle location!
We will gladly return if the employees working here today will be here often.
I hope management recognizes each employee for their hard work.
Big smiles behind the counter, ready and willing to serve anyone promptly.
My bowl was jam packed that a lid couldn’t even fit.
All the veggies and guacamole were fresh, the rice was cooked properly and soft, the steak was tender.
The agua Fresca drink was perfectly sweet but not too much.
To top it off, this location was clean and very large and accessible to eat in.
This one set the standard.

You can see the Forest from here , she ( Forest ) is the cashier ! Once you complete your pay experience w/ Ultra -personable Ms. Forest you are free to roam about , get amazing beverages , add chips , add guac and delight in your very own Mexi – delight with only the ingredients you choose , and that is EPIC !!! The ” Chip ” team created my Carne asada burrito , which as it turns out fed my wife and I for three days . Rice chiices, bean choices, queso, salsa, pico , lettuce, my choice of ( 6 options ) carne asada which they allowed me to sample first ✅. Add sour cream , add guac, buy more guac , add tortilla chips made in house with salt, lime , etc ( Sooooo Good ). Queso blanco warm cheese sauce for everything, and the ultra refreshing berries & apple cider drink, w/ unlimited refills. That’s it I am moving in to live here . Brand new , top location kissing Starbucks on 23rd & Pearl ( about +- ) and they have made their footprint known , thx team , thx Ms. Forest !!! and finally in my deepest voice ” I WILL BE BACK ”

Brand new location, just opened this week. So far it looks like they’re maintaining a very high level of cleanliness and customer service. They give generous portions and are very patient and kind. So glad they’re in North Tacoma!

I love getting chipotle for an easy dinner on Sundays and was so excited that this location opened. However, I’m pretty disappointed and unsatisfied with the service. There is always an issue with the bowl whether it’s they don’t give me the right ingredients or they are super rushed (even though there is no line). I don’t think we will be coming back to this location for a while until things get figured out. Again- pretty disappointed.

New location, opened recently, and my first time in. Everything was clean, and the restaurant was set up well for the space they had. There was a long line and multiple full tables – they were busy, but everybody behind the counter working hard. Honestly most times when I go into a chipotle there are a lot of people just standing around, but today everyone was working really hard and very busy. Portions were a good size, order was accurate, got help at the front purchasing a gift card for a friend. I will definitely be back, very excited that there is a chipotle in this location!

I get the chicken because I can chew it unlike the steak that can’t be chewed because of the gristle. Well now the chicken is loaded with fat that’s not chewable or healthy. The guacamole was horrible like a second grader made it. The line where the food is kept was atrocious like nobody worked there in a month. I won’t be back.

Food was delicious, in typical chipotle style. Service needs work. Waited 20 min for chicken to be cooked, only to be given one that was sitting on the counter the whole time. So much misunderstandings. Need to train the staff better. Workspace was dirty, and workers kept splashing sauce everywhere, including themselves.

This location is very disappointing. We ordered ahead of time so we can get our food quicker. Nope. We waited 30minutes after the promised time. Food was nasty, small portions and a mess. Never coming back to this location. Let’s hope we don’t get sick.

Portion size is too small, around half the amount of what other Chipotle locations provide. It feels like the servers were specifically trained to add as little meat to each order as possible. The server would grab some meat and then put some back, because they thought they grabbed too much. On the other hand, I saw an employee making another employee’s burrito. It wasn’t a double protein order (I know because I heard the employee who ordered it tell the cashier that it was not double protein) and yet the burrito was so overstuffed that it could barely be wrapped closed. I guess they are more willing to be generous with the meat for their coworkers than paying customers.
