I stopped in today to work for a few hours and had a fantastic experience. Tori was incredibly helpful, kind, and pleasant while serving my two cups of coffee — truly great customer service!
I was also pleasantly surprised to see that this location is a “Military Family Store.” I’m not sure how many Starbucks are like this, but it was really nice to see.

Thank you Sara for 5 star service!!!!! Sometimes when I use coupons or get #FREEbies i don’t get the 5 star service that a paying customer deserves. Sara treated me special when I used my FREE item from the Starbucks App for my birthday. It’s a little late in the day for coffee and my reward is only available today so I knew before I came I wanted birthday cake. Mom used to always make me coffee cake for my birthday. Sara warmed up a slice, asked me if I wanted it on a plate or in a bag and gave me butter and a fork to go. Thank you for making my day special Starbucks! My girlfriend and I stopped in back on my birthday and this location was super clean and the staff was friendly and helpful and had smiles on their faces!! Something you dont see much these days…I love their Lemon Bread and the White Chocolate Mocha was excellent. My girlfriend and I were very happy with everything here.

I have never had more respect from a starbucks store then this one. The drink was great. But aside from that, the setting was almost tearfully beautiful. They have a setup specificity for veterans and soldiers who have lost their lives/not returned home.
They have Americans flags on the wall along with images for all who have served. Please take a stop in to check it out and to grab your coffee

I recently visited Starbucks Coffee and had a delightful coffee experience. The quick service at the counter ensured that my order was promptly taken and prepared to perfection. The staff was great and even though there was a wait during the event, they handled every drink and person well. Couldn’t recommend them enough. I think the woman’s name was Leann (hopefully), she was handling everyone’s questions and some irritated people (due to the wait because of the event) so well. I stopped at this location in Arden hills for a coffee. Ordered my drink was fast however I waited over 10 minutes for my drink. I was the only order at the time. Employees were just standing around talking. After 5 minutes, I asked what was taking so long, one of the employee said she didn’t see my sticker and will make my drink now. A car pulls up to the drive through and now they’re making drinks for drive through. Another 5 minutes passed and I see my drink by the drive through window while they’re just standing around talking. Service was the worst! Will not be coming back to this location!

this starbucks takes about 20 minutes longer then any other starbucks i have ever been too. i’ve been late for work multiple times because of how slow the speed of service is, it is ridiculous. i’m writing this review while i’m in minute 15 of waiting in my car in the drive thru line. it does not take this long to make drinks.

Worst Starbucks ever. One car ahead of us took 15 minutes. The window server never asked them to pull forward to resolve their issue. I get people have issues, but pull forward and take it off line.

I won’t lie I’ve been a little crazy for Pumpkin Cream Cold Brew the past week, some days even getting it twice a day. Always Grande size. No customizations, ever.
Being that I work on the road I have gone to many locations over the Metro just this past week. I was at this location around lunch yesterday. As expected for the time of day, the lobby was full and the drive-thru was quite a bit of a long wait. But that doesn’t bother me at all, I understand that.
Saddly my drink was ALL ice. The drink was gone in 4 sips. Initially I was like “Okay, that was quick.. damn”. I honestly didn’t think much of it until I’ve had another two since then from different locations and it really hit me that this location gave definitely less than half of what I’ve gotten elsewhere.
I understand being busy is stressful, staff at Starbucks work very fast almost non-stop depending on the location. I don’t know if being busy means they try and split up the common drinks and use extra ice for filler? I just don’t want to pay $6 for a cup of ice.
Otherwise staff was nice & friendly as always.
