Well, I visited Salt Lake for a week. By the way, I’m from Houston, and this was the closest Starbucks to me. I probably visited this place four or five times. The atmosphere is wonderful, and the people are very nice and the service is great. Thank you so much!

I walked into the Starbucks in Draper and felt like I’d accidentally wandered into a casting call for “Snobs of the Wasatch” designer sunglasses, yoga mats, and perfectly curated scowls everywhere.
Even the baristas seemed to whisper their drink orders like it was insider trading info, while people argued over oat milk versus almond like it was a Supreme Court case.
My cold drip coffee tasted great though, mostly because I wasn’t pretending to understand words like “undertones” or “mouthfeel.”
Outside, Teslas lined up like some caffeinated electric car parade, each driver practicing their best “I’m better than you” smirk.
Is it still coffee if everyone in the room thinks they’re too good for it?

I ordered 2 simple drinks this morning, same size. Yet, one of the cups had ridiculously less amount of coffee in comparison to the other cup. Needless to say, its not worth spending the extra dollar to wait in line just to be served a less than satisfactory cup of coffee with the audacity of suggesting to leave a tip. Service was below average, as a noticeable line was building in the drive thru, it was clear some of the baristas were hired to simply observe and not to assist with orders. I highly recommend ANY of the gas stations near by if you’re looking for a enjoyable cup of coffee.

Tony, is the best barista I have ever encountered. On Thursday, February 19, 2026 Tony took my coffee order at the Starbucks coffee in draper (1300 east 12300 south). Tony was happy, helpful, energetic, professional and personable. Starbucks coffee should come out with a new coffee, made with liquid gold and call it the “tony”.

Been coming here for a couple years now, wanted to take time to leave a review because I love how this Starbucks is setup. The drive thru is easy to get to, and the indoor and patio seating options are lovely, can handle both small and medium large groups. The baristas care and will fix drinks on the rare occasions something isn’t quite right, and I like getting to try the new drinks that get offered. Love it, thanks for being there.

My order was not correct. I specifically asked for the creamer to be steamed and filled to the top of the grande cup at the drive thru kiosk and they confirmed “of course”. When I received my Espresso drink it was half full. I told the employee it wasn’t full and she said that they cannot fill it to the top on an espresso order. I have never had this problem at other Starbucks.

I got sent to do the work coffee run for me and the coworkers. I had 5 drinks and I don’t have very many cup holders so I asked them if they would package them in bags and stuff with stoppers and cup toppers for me and they said yes! Josh was super nice and really helpful when he rang me up, and Erin was a rock star and package everything up the way I asked! They were supper helpful and I’m greatful for the service of their team!!!

I had a really disappointing experience at the Draper Starbucks due to an employee named Kristen. Her customer service was extremely poor—she was very rude and unprofessional while we were in the drive-through picking up a mobile order. The app clearly gives the option to pick up either through the drive-through or in-store, yet she didn’t acknowledge that at all. Started talking in a rude tone saying, “The drive-through is closed but go ahead and pull forward” She didn’t even say hello or “welcome to Starbucks”; instead, she immediately accused us of moving a sign, which we absolutely did not do. The accusation felt unnecessary and uncomfortable. Rather than assisting us with the pickup, the interaction felt confrontational and disrespectful. This experience definitely left a bad impression and is not what I expect from Starbucks.
