No draft beer, no sports, no problem. They had live music on a Saturday night, which was nice. The food didn’t have much flavor, but service was nice. They were playing America’s Funniest Home video channel and not sports, which was kind of weird. It was a nice place, but probably won’t be back.

Went to Vermillion for the day, never been there before. One hour from Toledo found this restaurant and decided to eat lunch. It advertised Czech Food and my Father was Czech. Sounded good and it was delicious. My friend and I both had potato pancakes and dumplings in paprika gravy. A young man was playing 70 & 80s music.

The front of the house is 100% bar and the back of the house is 100% restaurant. The atmosphere has a European feel, but not a restaurant. Great food, 100% authentic European. I hope the owners focus more on making this a classic European restaurant and move away from the bar atmosphere

Make sure to read all the reviews on google, wish we had! As you walk in it is dark and bad restaurant atmosphere! We drove a long way for a big letdown and food seemed like yesterday’s leftovers! The food was expensive, small portions and had no taste. We ordered chicken paprikash was dry and not enough gravy and the dumplings was disgrace. The potatoes pancakes were the small size and burnt. We don’t want to throw the waitress under the bus. We asked her to tell the manager but she spoke to cook first. Asked her again and she said the manager door was closed. They didn’t want to take anything off the bill. I told her where was the manager and he was working the bar. He never came to say sorry or asked why. Our bill of 4 was well over 150.00. Save your money and time and go elsewhere. Fire the cook

Upon entering, there were no patrons eating inside the restaurant so we sat outside where a handful of folks were and a bar. Had the world’s best dark beer supposedly and it was the highlight of this visit. The half roast duck tasted old and just wasn’t good at all, neither were the sides.

Great food. We were driving through and had decided that we were going to another restaurant until we saw that there was a Czech place. So we stopped. Service was slow. Not a complaint. They were busy. There was live music and a great selection of drinks. We hadn’t had good food like this quite some time. They did not disappoint and exceeded all expectations. We unexpectedly had a great time.

We had a party of six on a Friday night at 6:30pm and it was a great experience! They were busy, but not overly so. We had drinks on the patio then went inside to eat. The menu is small, but had a variety of choices. We had a wonderful server/waitress. She was the only server there and she worked hard! She kept all the customers satisfied, working both the patio and inside. She checked on us often, kept our drinks filled and got all of our orders correct. It did take a long time to get our food… but it wasn’t a problem as we just visited with our group. I got frog legs and broccoli and they were the best I’ve had in a long time- the tartar sauce was so good!! The other meals were goulash, roasted chicken and wiener schnitzel. The meat in the goulash was a bit bland, but everyone else loved their choices. The portions were generous and plated nicely. And again, our waitress was excellent!! She did a fantastic job for everyone (she was a busy gal!!).

I had ordered sauerkraut balls to start that were overdone.After WAITING for my Chicken Peparikesh-it was too dry & dumplings taste of MOLD. I asked is she could take it away. It’s very run down & dirty. My waitress was very sweet but some modesty in apparel please!

Great outdoor dining! Live music on a Thursday night with a great crowd! Food was delicious. Music was great and servers were outstanding! Dog friendly. Live music every single night of the week.

Our waitress was awesome! The roast duck was juicy and tender. Beer I got was really good. We will be back to taste more food and listen to live music!
