We had a great experience at Surin Thai in Greenville. The food was really good. We tried the spring rolls, chicken satay, Panang curry with tofu, Pad Kee Mao (spicy noodles) with tofu, and spicy fried rice. Every single dish was flavorful and satisfying, not a single letdown.
Service was quick, the place was clean including the washroom, and the staff were friendly. If you’re a fan of spicy food like me, definitely ask for their chili oil, it’s amazing.
Would absolutely go again.

Sirin Thai is my most favorite place to eat. We ordered the Pad See Ew and the Chicken Fried rice. Both were delish as always. The dumplings are also one of our favorite! 10/10 recommend. Food is always hot and service is always friendly.

This place was amazing, and exceeded any expectations. I enjoyed the self seating service. The food was delicious and priced according for the generous portions. The flavors were amazing, and the spice had some heat to it. They swiftly prepared and delivered our meals. The sweet and sour sauce was the best I’ve tasted locally. We will definitely be in again for another meal.

If this is what authentic Thai food tastes like I don’t know if I like Thai food very much
Maybe I need to go back, but my first visit didn’t live up to the near five star reputation this place has. Normally, I am on the same page with the average review score, but this time I left more confused, dry mouthed, and confused than impressed and full. From the Thai fried rice to the classic pad Thai, every dish looked beautiful but tasted dry (not bland). Asking for sauce or anything extra to help brighten the flavors without sipping a drink is met with hostility in a way. They simply said it wasn’t possible or didn’t exist, which was frustrating. Nothing?
That said, the presentation was top notch, and the restaurant itself feels like a hidden gem in an otherwise ordinary strip mall. It has all the makings of a place I’d want to love.. clean, tucked away, and serving food that looks carefully crafted. I really wish the flavors matched the appearance.
I’ll give it another chance because I want to like it, but as of now, I’m not sure Thai food, or at least this version of it, is for me.

Amazingly delicious! Authentic Thai food, and best tom kha soup I’ve had in Greenville. We finished it before I could take a picture, it was so good! Food came out fast. The plates looked beautiful and were excellent!

I honestly do not see how this place has so many positive reviews for what was served. I have traveled and lived in Asia and this place did not live up to the expectations of all of the reviews.
First of all, I always order a Pad Thai for a control to test the quality and portion. The portion, for being dinner prices, resembles other’s lunch portions. I would say the serving size was an in-between of lunch and dinner if you have a very small lunch portion. I ordered hot spice level. The chicken was dry, flavorless and had a gummy/chewy texture like it was sitting for a while before being mixed into my dish. The dish was totally lacking in flavor overall honestly.
The only positive is coming from the appetizer. The Chicken satay was soft, tender, and actually had flavor. The peanut sauce was spot on–could be in a larger dish (I had to ask for another one). The chicken portion is about 3/4 the size I have found for other Thai restaurants for the price.
Overall, 2 stars because the appetizer was delicious. However, the main course is the more expensive part of the meal and what I had really set out to eat tonight. I hope this helps others seeking out Thai food in Greenville, SC. I will have to try the other surrounding Thai restaurants to see if this is a regional way of preparing dishes lacking in overall flavor or location specific.

Sirin Thai SC is an excellent spot for authentic Thai food with amazing service! The staff was super friendly and attentive, making the experience even better. The dumplings were absolutely delicious, and I also tried the Hot Thai—it had great flavor but was a bit too spicy for me. Next time, I’ll probably go for the mild version! Overall, a fantastic experience, and I’ll definitely be back. Highly recommend!

Great authentic Thai food! Located in an old strip mall which made the visit even more intriguing We arrived about 5:15 pm and were seated right away. All tables were full by 5:30 however, the wait was not more than 15 minutes for other customers.
We ordered spring rolls and crab ragoon to start with. The rolls were cooked perfect and very fresh. The ragoon had plenty of crab and cheese filling but were cooked a little too much for my liking.
Wife ordered one of the soups, I forget the name, coconut milk base with mushrooms and vegetables in it. it was excellent. We then ordered the classic Pad Thai with shrimp and the chicken panang, both with medium heat.
We shared these two plates and had enough left to take home for lunch the following day! The food was the best! The heat level was actually low, there are two heat levels above medium and we may bump it up a level next time. Great little restaurant!!

Sirin Thai SC is an absolute hidden gem that truly captivates with its authenticity and heartfelt approach to every dish I tasted.
My experience was great from the moment I stepped in; It has an atmosphere that exudes warmth and genuine care.
The food was exceptional. Basil Rolls were fresh, and Kanom Jeep were delicious. These apps were the right choice.
For entree, I needed to try their Chicken Fried Rice. I ordered it what I thought was going to be lightly spicy, but I chose the wrong spiciness number. My palate was burning! Yet, was able to enjoy my meal as its flavors were there.
My spouse had the Green Curry, and it was delicious too.
