Reviews
Edit after company replied: i wrote that review while on the premise waiting for the order to be done. The kitchen is easily seen by anyone in the dinner and there were 2 cooks, 1 person giving off the feeling like he was getting trained for the job at the register with someone looking over his shoulder and helping him out. 1 person was applying condiments to the food handed by the cooks and then the manager was packing the orders and making runs to serve tables after condiment person would pass over the finished order. My complaint is: the poor 2 cooks were working non stop, manager was packing orders and serving tables like 85% of his time. Meanwhile, the shadowing person and the person at what look like condiment station, were relaxing 70% of their time. What should’ve happened was that manager should have condimented the food and pack orders because literally the condiment person was one of the 2 people just relaxing there, this person should have been in the back cooking or take the job of the manager while the manager jumped in the back to help with cooking the food. When there was nobody to cash out, person shadowing the trainee should have jumped to help with condimenting the food to help the packing orders person because u can literally prepare condimenting a plate of food in less than 30 seconds, so it’s easy to jump back to shadowing cashier person if he needs help. My wait time was 30min and the person ahead of me was 45min. To make matters worse, person ordering the food canceled their order from this place while on my way to their home and i didn’t notice because they placed 2 ordera from different places. So i don’t think i got payed for that (even tho doordash support said i would get it after a few hours) and I’m sure the noodle company lost money on it too. That and my bad reivew is a double wammy.
But honestly, even when it’s not busy, this location is slow for delivery drivers. Orders should be sent to drivers when they are either almost over or even done.
