Food is good so their kitchen staff is great, they should work in who they have at their windows though. I’ve been coming through this location for a couple weeks now and the one manager at the second window has NEVER been nice, like ever. So maybe think twice if you want a smile or a have a good day. You can’t be miserable for 2 weeks, grow up ma’am.

Reason for 3 stars is the problems within the app and kiosk. You use a deal, and the kiosk always freezes, then another 12 minutes. Wait to use it again! Morina the Mgr. On duty took care of me with the ! This McDonald’s is always great, and Mgrs like her is why!!!

730am no line and no hash browns unprepared for breakfast so I get pulled. Sad excuse for mcdonalds. I remember working here growing up and when we had to pull someone we were bringing out free coupons or something now a days you may as well expect it as a normal part of the process. DO BETTER MCDONALDS!

Wow! What can I say to properly illustrate my satisfaction in my dining experience. The food blew me away in every aspect. My bun was fluffed, my burger was juicy, and the sauce was respectfully distributed. Don’t even ask me about the fries. They were perfectly dusted in salty goodness, they were freshly pulled from the fryer, with a crisp golden crust. The free large sugar free French vanilla iced coffee that I received from my reward points was astonishing. It truly blew me away. This high classified establishment is simply jubilant. 99.8/100, thank you for the opportunity to express my opinion on this fine dining experience. Hechooo, bless you, thank you, your welcome ✌️.

I’m convinced we need to rate a fast food restaurant in its own context. As such, the Coldwater McDonalds easily rates five stars … on the McDonalds scale.
The people who work at this location are friendly enough to make you feel welcome every time — but not so friendly that you want to back away from them.
Food is prepared and delivered in a timely manner and as ordered. It’s worth noting also that custom orders don’t grind your experience into that weird deer-in-headlights zone we sometimes see in this market.

2/2/25, 11ish am, ordered a simple meal, no extras, sandwich, fry, and drink. Easy right. As almost always please pull to the front of the building and we will bring it out. As I sit and watch everyone who has pulled in, exit with their food, I continue to wait. While two, count them TWO other cars are asked to pull ahead as well, and the employee who brings their food out, looks at the purchase order taped to my mirror and says, “no, this isn’t yours” and proceeds to give the food to the correct customers in cars that I had watched pull in 5, 10, even fifteen minutes after I had already pulled up. I ask myself, is this employee struggling with a memory lose issue, as she clearly has seen me everytime she has been out here, surely she will mention it to someone upon returning into this glorious “fast” food establishment. As I look at my purchase order receipt I realize, I’ve sat here 20 minutes, so I call, because I used the “drive thru” not the “drive thru and walk in” line. Young lady that answers, clearly confused by my request, (as I think she was just short of asking me to punch the clock and prepare my meal myself), finally agreed and said they would have it right out. She was correct, it was out in THREE minutes after we had hung up. Ready, brace yourself, SAME employee who had been out numerous times, saying, “nope, not yours” brought my “simple” meal to me. Here you go, she says. No apologies from the anyone, just a 23 minute wait for an overpriced, unhealthy, sandwich and lukewarm fries. 23 minutes! Lost money that day, thinking, I’ll grab a quick bite to eat. Very rarely eat fast food, but sure do know, and meet, alot of people, and this establishment will NOT be getting rave reviews from me.
