Today I visited this restaurant and I was extremely impressed. The customer service from Barbara and Nikki was excellent, the restaurant was clean, my food was the bomb dot com and my order was exactly what I asked for. The temperature of the food was hot and fresh the taste is banging and I highly recommend this place if you are looking for some really good lunch and/or dinner. The lunch specials have reasonable prices too, I will definitely be back soon.

I ordered extra meat on a 19.00 sandwich and it was an extra 8.00 seems like it was just regular. I have been to many places better and the sauce was watery…. Have to do better. The prices are ridiculous..

I keep giving this place a chance hoping the food taste better, frequenting everso often and im disappointed every time. From the first time i ate at the location in saulk village to the location in Glenwood…This time i just had to leave a review. The meat was too salty and crunchy on those $70 steak sandwiches. The fries were saturated with a thin sauce that is completely watered down. I know yall know what a chicago steak taste like and this ain’t it.

It looks ok inside, however the customer service is lacking. The first time I ordered online, waited my 35 mins, and when I came in for my food, he didn’t even see my ticket somehow, ok cool, I left. He did not apologize, he just asked if I wanted him to make it now, nope, I’m good. Next, I went in and there were two young ladies, they didn’t greet me until about 3 mins later. I ordered my food, however the order was incomplete. So she gives me some fries that were obviously from another order because they were cold. Their attitudes were very somber and nonchalant. It ruined my experience, I will not be back. Food is ok, very greasy.

Let me just start off by saying food was kinda okay but the service was horrible. I sat and waited patiently with my woman for my order for 30m and it still wasn’t ready and when I tried asking a question the African American female was so hostile and rude. I finally ended up getting my order after the longest but then they ended up forgetting to ring me up for my wings that i was mainly waiting for.i finally just accepted it and left but for 65$ worth of 4 items i think just spend your money else where. For a small new business I would’ve thought they would’ve tried their absolute best to please their customers. I’m not trying to bring down the business but just trying to put the word out there for the business to see and improve!
