I ordered a pizza for delivery and it arrived sooner than expected and looked great. The only hiccup was that I was missing one topping. I called the local store and spoke with Thomas, the GM, and he immediately knew exactly which pizza it was and had actually been planning to call me once the dinner rush slowed down.
They were out of the topping I ordered, which I completely understood, and I really appreciated his honesty and professionalism. Thomas was respectful, transparent, and truly cared about making it right. He told me he already had a complimentary pizza under my name for my next order, which was absolutely not my intention in calling, I just wanted to let them know.
Five stars for honesty, respect, and excellent customer service. This is how it should be done.

Absolutely terrible . Ordered light sauce this had basically none amd the cheese wasn’t even covering the pizza. Also if you zoom in on the left looks like a bug ir really burnt piece of something that shouldn’t be there. Also still dough. Don’t even want to eat doesnt look appetizing just wasted 25 dollars to still be hungry at work for another 5 hours. Get your shit together

Well we ordered pizzas ( my Lil girls bday party) ahead of time I get there and the Mgr the guy with the bandana and beard says your last pizza is being made now , I said ok , well 20 mins later pizza not done , I don’t say anything or complain.
Pizzas finally get done the young kid asks me cash or card ? I say card , he proceeds to check me out and he makes a mistake where he needs Mgr assistance, the Mgr says to me ” hey would you mind going to an atm ?” I said to him why would I do that when I’ve been waiting?
Mgr proceeds to get mad and says to me ” you are being very rude , I’m just asking for a favor, you don’t have to get ill with me ( 90’s slang talk ) I was like what are you talking about ? He proceeded to say you need to leave , take your pizzas and leave making gestures with his hands.
Now keep in mind there was a bunch of people there waiting, I get it things can get hectic , but a person who’s a Mgr can’t act that way towards a customer, very unprofessional.
Also one thing that I would like to point out is I saw this same Mgr come out and grab door handle and go right back to handling dough with his bare hands that is just down right dirty , also no hair nets for the heads or facial hair , and some of the employees that are handling the food look super dirty.
I definitely will not be going back to that store, it’s a health risk.

Ordered a cheese pizza, well done. I picked up at the restaurant. As they were checking boxes I noticed sauce cups are directly on top of food. I mentioned it before I left and the nicer woman offered to remake it. I declined.
I got home and what I received was gross. It was undercooked, stuff from the bottom of a sauce cup was in the food. I couldn’t eat it. I ordered a cookie as well and I’m sure that was fine. I don’t know.
I returned the order to the store. The nice lady I spoke with when picking up completely understood and said she would refund the money and I could keep the order. I thanked her but said I couldn’t eat the pizza. She did say to keep the cookie.
After looking inside the box she saw more issues and brought the pizza to the manager. Manager came to the register to do the refund and said she was refunding $11. and change. I paid $19.30 and asked for verification. She said she’s only refunding the pizza if I take the cookie.
What??
Ok, so then she said it’s just going to be thrown away, took it from my hands. She said, “Maybe you shouldn’t eat out, then!” as a response to saying I can’t risk getting sick on undercooked, unsanitary food. Wow.
Never again. Lesson learned.

Came here for my first time ever ordering Papa johns, and my food was phenomenal. Thomas was making sure all the food was correct himself, and I drove to ottawa, and my food was still delicious. I tried ordering from the ottawa branch, and despite living 5 minutes away, the food sucked. From now on, I will only order Papa johns from this location so long as Thomas is in charge.

Ordered through Door Dash at about 9:30PM. Couldn’t find anywhere to put a request for plates and napkins, so I called the store directly, (which you accomplish but pushing number 5 when you call the number) and the manager Thomas was very polite and more than willing to help us out. He included Parmesan cheese and red pepper packets without us even having to ask.
It seems this location has gotten a pretty bad rap lately, but our experience was great. The manager said he just took over recently, so maybe a new leaf is being turned. The pizza and breadsticks were fantastic as well. Kudos to Eddion the cook! Keep up the good work guys! With service like this, we will definitely continue to order from here when at Grand Bear Resort. Thanks again gentlemen!

Got a sausage/peperoni pizza last night. Made my entire family sick. Went to bed feeling nauseous, my wife has stomach cramps all night and into the morning. My son is throwing up. 10/10 do not recommend. Even if they offered me free pizza for live I would absolutely never get another pizza from this place. Be warned you may end up with food poisoning like the rest of us!!
