Our host Julian was probably the best way to start off the night. He explained everything in detail and honestly made it hard to choose. Everything he described sounded delicious and turns out there was no bad choice anyway. Although it started raining the location and interior are amazing and worth checking out.

Harbor Lounge was awesome. It was nice to have a place to sit, have a snack and a glass of wine. The cheese plate we had was great as well as the wine. The piano player did an outstanding job and it added a nice touch to the evening. Our waitress Nicole was very pleasant, took excellent care of us and went out of her way to make our evening complete. The ambience of the lounge itself was very pleasant. We certainly will return there on our next visit to the Encore as well as recommend the Harbor Lounge to our friends.

I had a wonderful experience at Encore’s Harbor Lounge. The staff is top notch and made me feel welcomed throughout my entire stay. Mike greeted us with a warm welcoming smile as we walked in. Cara was extremely friendly at the bar and makes an incredible cocktail. Finally, when I requested to be moved to a table, Nicole took care of our group and made sure we were well taken care of, she provided marvelous service and I look forward to visiting harbor lounge again.

Came here a few months ago with a few close friends, I’m new to town and they suggested we visit so decided to give it a try.
Sinatra did not disappoint! The food quality was amazing and so was the service. From the minute you walk in until the moment you leave, you feel welcomed and wanted. They have a pretty wide range of food and beverage options to chose from but not excruciatingly extensive. The ambiance was great, our group had a good time and the server kept our evening going… sadly we could not take any pics as we were simply just enjoying ourselves and the company.
I will definitely come back as soon as I can, I really miss this place and how it made me feel… cannot wait for my next excuse to go out so I can come back here again.
PS if you bring a lady friend they have small chairs that they can put your purse on.

I went on Friday night with my sister expecting to have a fun night. Instead we waited at our table for at least 10 minutes with no one coming to our table to take our order. We were told by the one waitress working the entire room that there would be a bit of a wait. It was very disappointing to see that the quality of service has gone downhill. And the entertainment for the night was ok but left a lot to be desired. Hopefully the lounge will improve with time, or I’m not sure how much longer they will be open if they can’t properly staff and serve their customers.

We came on a Sunday night and they had live piano music, which was amazing. The cocktails were some of the best we’ve had in Boston. The atmosphere is such a good vibe and service was very good. Will definitely be back!

Wonderful lounge, great staff and terrific live music. The manager, Michael is always willing to accommodate any guest adding to the already wonderful experience. With Jeff and Cara mixing magic, and Nicole always there to be sure you’re taken care of, you’re certain to have a great night.

Loved it!!! Came in on Father’s Day for some casino. And right before leaving came into the Harbor Lounge to grab a drink and ended up grabbing a few. Nikki is amazing and recommended drinks. I had the Southie!! Amazing!! I’m coming back!!! Piano player was amazing!!

Sinatra is a gorgeous restaurant with above par service. I dined with my family over the weekend and we had a fabulous meal. Highlights include the colossal shrimp appetizer, the truffle angnolotti, and the whole fish. Added bonus of having vegan options makes for truly a diverse and accommodating menu. Don’t forget the best part–dessert! Every dessert I have had at the property has surpassed all expectations.

Came to boston for a girl’s weekend and had dinner here! We shared the meatballs and eggplant to start and both dishes were delicious. Scallops were the star of the evening and some of the best I have ever had.
For dessert, the greatest hits dish is a must!
