I found this quaint little eatery on my way to Wendy’s thinking I would be able to keep in a budget. But once I found this place I backtracked and decided to have lunch here instead of Wendy’s and was so glad that I did it was well worth my money the food was absolutely delicious the hospitality was warm and the atmosphere and ambience was phenomenal. Not to mention it comes with a complimentary Margarita if you asked for it so I ordered the chicken tamales and the pulled beef quesadillas and a grapefruit soda.

Great no frills casual Mexican dining, seems to be popular hangout for the students around here.
Food is well seasoned (especially the pulled beef), fresh, and generously portioned. But cooks definitely goes easy on the chili peppers in order to cater to the local crowd. The servers are also attentive. The menu is very adequate for a restaurant this size.
The only thing lacking are fresh juices and shakes that you find in a similar mexican restaurant of this fashion, but that is not a deal breaker.
If you are looking for a quick bite with a touch of flavor, this is the place.

Went here for the first time and was instantly pleased. The food is delicious and the portion size and pricing are reasonable (especially for a restaurant on the Main line). The staff is also super friendly and attentive. I got the shrimp tacos.

I’ve got to say, El Limon (all locations) are fantastic. After moving east from the west coast, it was hard to find good Mexican food. This isn’t fancy, this isn’t flashy, but it is down home, cooking, the Mexican Cucina way.
They’re Molé sauce is Brighton chocolatey, they’re red and green, hot sauces are fiery, and tasty.
I’ve been to most in the area, and I have to say they are consistently fantastic.
Whenever we’re in the mood for Mexican, we head to El Limon.
Quick tip, if I have tamales, get both beef and chicken, they are fantastic

Honestly this was the worst food I’ve had in a while. The rice was bad and then as you can see these beans are way off. It seemed like they tried to cover the hard part which looks like cat food with soft refried beans. This reminded me of a Kid Cuisine meal. Sorry but this place isn’t worth the stop. I was better off going to get pizza from 711.
