The service team is represented by the young generation, which is very good with smartphones but has problems listening and concentrating on the customer request.
I ordered a MEDIUM cup of coffee with DOUBLE MILK and ONE sugar. The service guy asks if we want hot milk. We answered “yes.”
As a result, we were charged for a cold coffee PLUS a small orig. coffee. Please look at the attached picture and try to find 1 sugar and milk.

Well to begin with getting to Dunkin was a complete nightmare. There were cars everywhere super hard to navigate not to even mention the snow that was covering the roads. Despite this I managed to arrive safely where I was greeted by a nice young worker at the front. Sam, who took my order and had it out quickly had great service. The order came out correctly and the food itself was excellent. It came out hot. Very good. My stomach enjoyed it, and so did my taste buds! My donuts were extra glazed and definitely everything I hoped for. I will be coming back here. I just hope next time it’s more easy to access.

Me and my fiancée went here for some coffee this morning and the lady on the speaker taking our order and was rushing us and rude. Everything we would say she would just say “is that all” and sigh when we would say we wanted more. Then we get to the window and a nice younger person was cashing me out and we asked if she got the one drink on the order and the old red faced lady in the back who I assume took our order said “I heard you the first time I put it on”. I’m just trying to figure out if she got what we ordered because she was rushing us out. She was just leaning on a counter with gloves on texting on her phone complaining about us asking a question. Horrible service but the coffee was good. Also the other people we dealt with were great. Just someone who doesn’t want to be there ruining everyone else’s day. We’ll just go somewhere else next time.

We stopped by on our way through it was about 4pm on a Monday and this location had no doughnuts. We were definitely unimpressed. Coffee was ok. I ordered a black double cupped and it was not double cupped. The staff need to understand black coffee fresh is very hot and should pay attention to the little details.

Wake up wrap with egg bacon hashbrowns and Chipotle sauce.
Wth. Can’t figure out how they make this…. the hasbrowns were FROZEN on my sandwich. Not cold, 100% like out of the freezer onto the sandwich lol. It was the only thing I got since I know this location never has any donuts after the breakfast rush so I’d give zero stars for food if I could. The girl at the counter with the long braids was super nice and polite but she is also the one that made my sandwich so ?

Cashier didnt give us the right change. Then we waited over 15 minutes for the food just for the bagel to be burnt, the bacon to be undercooked, and the hashbrowns were ice cold we had to get new ones. They forgot about the coffee and we had to ask for it. The one employee was complaining the whole time and wearing pajama pants. This isnt the first time ive had to wait a really long time for my order. Definetly going to the new one down the street from now on instead.

This is a great place!!!❤️ My husband loves their coffee!!! ☕️I prefer the green tea . The donuts are delicious!!! I prefer the chocolate cream or jelly donuts❤️, but my husband likes the Bavarian cream!!! The only drawback is that the wait is sometimes too long!!!

I don’t even know why I still come to this location anymore. All I get is flavored sewage water for an iced coffee and nothing I’ve tried has fixed the wildly disgustingly inconsistent drink I receive every single time. Keep in mind, I only ever order one coffee with 4 creams, 1 sugar, 2 brown sugar syrup, and 1 cookie dough syrup. That’s the only drink I ever order and it seems to me like they don’t even read the screen when they make their coffee here. No one in there seems to care about quality especially not the management. There is no quality control. My drink tastes a different kind of disgusting every time I get it.

Very rude in drive through, I went to other dunkins and when I order the minis with cream cheese , they were hard and cold, her response was there supposed to be like that or the cream cheese will evaporate. No there not and no it doesn’t if you know how to make them correctly, well she made the order again burning them. Maybe you need more training girls because if it’s too cold then you remake them and now there too hot. Maybe you should put the temperature somewhere on the middle, it’s only common sense and I don’t even work there. I am so sick of dealing with stupid and Rude. Im in a customer service job and by far the girl at the window today 08/20/25 at 12:40pm should be trained on how to speak to customers because without customers you wouldn’t have a job lady !
