IM GONE PASS BY CHIPOTLE EVERY TIME. SO TODAY, SOME ROACH HEAD AHH DASHER TOOK MY BOWL AND GONE BRING ME JUST A BAG OF CHIPS. I DID GET MY LEGENDARY TEA BUT NOTHING TO DIP MY CHIP WITH. THE WAY THEY HANDLED THE SITUATION IS THE REASON I WILL CONT TO DRIVE PAST CHIPOTLE AND MAKE MY WAY TO THE KERNERSVILLE LOCATION EVERY TIME! I downloaded the app so I thought I would try it. I ordered the build your own two tacos. I got both steak in the crispy corn tortilla with lettuce, pico de gallo, shredded cheese, it was fresh. I asked for no beans but they put pinto beans on one and it was really good. The second one, it was like the meat wasn’t as fresh as the other one. I ordered a small queso dip and it was really good with the chips. The salsa that they gave with the chips was okay, I guess I just like other salsas from my favorite restaurants. It did seem fresh. The chips were really good, some were over salted. I got carryout and the chips were in the bottom of the bag, which was okay but I was looking for them to be in a bag of their own. The chipotle sauce I got was super spicy. I would give it a 8/10. I would like to try their burritos bowls on my next visit. Customer service was A+

This location was a bit messy/unpredictable for several months. I vowed not to go back until the sanitation rating went up, the food stations were better kept and the atmosphere was cleaner and lighter. Well, I went in today bc I had heard they had made some changes to cleanliness, etc.
I ordered nachos, chicken-bacon-chipotle ranch style, and they were the best nachos I have ever had. I am a foodie, so I grade restaurants pretty strictly when it comes to taking my family out to eat somewhere. I am so full, and so happy that this location has come back to life.

I went to Barberitos last weekend with my family and the guy making my order of 5 crunchy beef tacos. Was tossing things around with an attitude. His attitude changed towards the end when he finished my order. The lady who was at the cashier was doing great job and was nice . The guy making the orders is who needs to improve his customer service skills. We were eating our food when another customer came in to order food the guy was actually nice to that customer who was also a guy. Maybe because I’m a female or could be my ethnicity .

Short staffed and still got great service.
They were out of ground turkey that I wanted and the manager made sure that I was happy and taken care of as well as made sure they started to prepare more. She even offered a replacement taco once the meat was prepared.
Manager and one staff were handling a Saturday night rush on their own and still kept everything stocked up and clean. I’ll definitely be back after this experience!

Stopped there last night with my daughter for take out. The food was good as but the service needs improvement. The guy who starts the tacos/burritos seemed less than thrilled to make our order. He sounded like a miserable robot who would rather be anywhere else, stared at the ceiling while waiting for the tortillas to heat up, with an annoyed look on his face. The other staff were friendly and courteous and I think they actually seemed a bit embarrassed by his attitude.

I ordered Barberitos from door dash (I live in Kville so I’m assuming it was ordered from the barberitos in Kville) but as I’m eating I found a hair in my food! This is so disappointing because their food is really good but I was shocked to see a hair in my food!

Barberitos is more delicious over chipotle!! Any dayyy. Queso is way better!! I have to get the smallest size or I’ll keep eating it. I always get the salad with the shell (the shell was fresh at this location) but need to read better online that I thought I was getting a side of queso, not on my salad: but it was still good. Love the chicken, my entree was full of flavor. I ate the whole bag of chips, but wish they had more seasoning. The Guacamole is spicy so I don’t get it and the salsa is not good. it was yummy!. I’m stuffed and it’s a lot of food for lunch. Returning customer

I have been a loyal customer for years but the service I just received from the gentleman working tonight was terrible. The chicken was extremely watery so I asked if they could put it on the grill to cook a bit more.
He’s commit was we can just get the chicken from
The top which was also very watery, almost soup like. He then just proceeded to grab the chicken and put it on the grill with an attitude.
I am not sure what the problem was by asking to cook the chicken more but they shouldn’t be serving the chicken like that anyways.
If you are going to work in the service industry make sure you have a good attitude because that type of behavior will lose your business customers.
