Yetz’s Deli is the best sandwich shop in the area because the ingredients are all fresh and the bread is always warm. Daniel, the owner, is a Gaucho alum and a great part of the community. He has put in a lot of effort to give customers the highest quality most delicious ingredients and it shows. Try the Italian with hot peppers!

The herb chutney spread on the vegan sandwich is wonderful! Also had one of the best tunamelts I’ve ever had. Great smoothies. For a new place they really have things running smoothly- no surprise since the owner has been a pillar of the Isla Vista community for over a decade. Highly recommend stopping in for a sandwich, you won’t regret it!
