Franchise owner or general manager needs to actually talk to your employees I called store multiple times nobody answer phone I called in early too. Then I decide to drive to the store got there around 9:30 ish the girl opens the door just say they are close and she says she is the manager unprofessional if can’t get your job done in enough time and don’t want to take customers last minute dont work at night! Very unacceptable can’t even order what I wanted. you guys close at 10:00pm not 9:30pm. their was still time to make food. Please adjust to talk to team because nobody would never come back if this continues! She had dark hair pulled back in a bun short female didn’t ask for name but u guys can definitely check cameras for that night shift because I definitely called earlier.

Our company orders from here multiple times in a week. Lately it has gone downhill because when Door dash delivers it either delivered late & is cold because they get lost – there was even 2 times it never even was delivered. Monday we ordered 3 pizzas and it looks like the delivery guy had the pizzas on his seat and then hit the brakes and the pizzas hit the floor – all the cheese and toppings were off the pizzas! Think it is time to find a new lunch place :/

We are regulars – but I must say the food has gone downhill. Had an issue with order. Last night we ordered a large original crust pizza. I’m not sure if they changed crust but it wasn’t what we’re used to. The cheese fries that we ordered had so much black pepper I couldn’t eat them. Looked like someone spilt a whole shaker in the box and sent them to us anyway. We didn’t ask for pepper too. I think it’s time to change venues.

The wings were delicious excellent size and great flavors…. The pizza was way overcooked and they all tasted weird… But I would definitely go back for the wings they were amazing and cooked perfectly just would go to another location for the pizza

Food hasn’t gotten any better. And portions are shrinking. Lg pizza might as well be considered a small. The company wants to spend the money rebrand and charge the customer for the credit card service fee, but the taste and size of the pizzas has gone down hill and no money is being put towards that. Provide less for more…
03/02/2026 Update, tried ordering takeout again and they messed up my child’s dinner. A simple plain burger with fries. No Cheese. The burger was slathered in melted cheese. So had to drive all the way back again to have the sandwich corrected. The manager on duty could’ve cared less about the concern and would rather just offer $10.00 off the next visit instead of actually apologize about the screw-up. The cashier who was more busy watching TikToks behind the pizza box wall instead of recognizing that there was another customer behind me provided a better apology than the manager did. The burger that I received as a replacement after was a grease traps’ nightmare with grease pooling at the bottom of the box.

Closed 45 mins early , seasons said they would “contact me” that was 2 weeks ago and they haven’t . The seasons on midway is much better then Newport and way kinder staff
