You know you really get tired of telling people the obvious. I asked for a caramel
Cappuccino Blast. Caramel is in the name so why is it that every time I’m handed my order it’s no caramel? Second time it’s happened and the annoying part is the associate debating me that’s it’s in there when it’s not. They put cinnamon in it. Last time patronizing and won’t be back.

I come here daily before work to get coffee. The team at this location are wonderful. They know me by name. If I have been on vacation and haven’t stopped in they notice and inquire where I have been. The last vacation the gentlemen asked me about where I vacationed. These little small gestures really help start my day on a positive note. They make great coffee as well ⭐️ I love the team at this location!

I ordered a croissant toasted with cheese and received a croissant and some cheese. I told the guy at the window and he said he would remake it after going through the line a second time. They are never friendly at this location. There are never no smiles. Yes! It’s very busy in the morning but customers love a friendly face in the morning. There was a man who asked can he give me something for my inconvenience well maybe I can come back and you guys can try this again on the house. You plainly did not want to give me my money back. Hopefully we could resolve this issue in the future.

EVERY single time I come to this dunkin I have the worst experience. The first few times I came was fine but after about a week it was totally HORRIBLE! I have been going here for about a year I either get the wrong drink at the window or they charge me double for food when I only ask for one. Drinks taste old and like medicine no matter what you get. I don’t complain like this ever but I couldn’t not say anything today. Usually when I go I only get breakfast items on my way to work. Today I decided to get a coffee since it’s been months since I’ve gotten a drink from them. I decided to get something new I got an iced cappuccino and when I got it back there was less than half the cup of drink. I was on my way to work so I had no time to get off and ask what’s up. But not a great experience! I recommend going to the dunkin on calumet ave drinks are better and not like this! ☹️

I’ve never been to a dunkin that can screw up an iced coffee so many times in a row. Nothing fancy, iced Carmel coffee, cream, and sugar. There’s roughly a 5% chance it won’t taste like they rung the water out of an old sponge. Also, if it wasn’t for them
asking for money, I don’t think anyone in that place would actually acknowledge you in the drive-through. 1 star seems like too much for this place!

This has got to be the WORST Dunkin I ever been to. I come everyday and order one thing, an iced coffee and it’s wrong EVERY time. They rush you out at the drive thru order screen which is probably why my coffee is always terrible. I will NOT be returning. I wish I could get my money back for the past year. I’ll go out of my way to Hammond where they seem to make it correctly.

Went in with my 2 year old son for a scoop of ice cream. It was clean and nice in there. Before we left, the cashier gave my son a little bag of munchins. So nice of them. Will definitely come back when we are in the area.

How do I pick up my drink without paying?

I must say, the guy at the take-out window is very rude. After getting my orders, I always say “thank you.” He says nothing and closes the window abruptly. This behavior has happened 3 times. I won’t be going to this Dunkin’ Donuts anymore.
