Was just passing through on my way back to Alabama and my wife and I absolutely loved our experience. A bit of a wait at the drive-thru but absolutely worth it. Rib tips were killer and the barbecue and sides were definitely worth the wait. I would have included a picture of the food also but I ate it too fast.

We’re from Iowa and have driven by numerous times when it wasn’t open. We finally stopped and the food is amazing! You get plenty for the money and the ladies were very helpful! My husband said the half chicken was the best smoked chicken he’s ever had; very moist!

Love the food the sweet tea is perfect. The fried okra is so good I could just order a big plate and be happy! The pulled pork and BBQ sauce is the bomb ! Love the BBQ sauce choices. Wonderful friendly server. Good job!

Food was delicious. Small shack but has room and it’s comfy. Food was delicious. You know the potato salad is home made when it’s dumped outta a sour cream tub. It was delicious. The pork was well seasoned and very moist. It was delicious. It was well wrapped in a to go order. The service was amazing as well. The shack was very clean. Great ladies in there working today. Parking was enough to get my semi in there and on the shoulder so Parking isn’t a issue. Go get some great BBQ here it’s worth every penny I spent 15.00 dollars.

Purposely passed a lot of BBQ joints to get to Pappy’s!! BBQ is excellent. Servings are on the large side. BBQ sauce is really great. We did the sausage sandwich and took home a BBQ pack for later. BBQ Bologna was EXCELLENT as well. They’re busy with the drive thru – but quick. Not a long wait. Not overly friendly but we came to eat – not socialize.
