JJ’s is a very welcoming place. Food was amazing and service was great! Katie and the owners made sure we were taken care of very well. We had a great time playing pool and darts. Really enjoyed ourselves. Definitely the place to go!

came here for the fish fry. what a disappointment you got two frozen pieces of fish to which was all batter it was like the vandicamps fish you buy in a box from the store and kind of tasted like it too. the portions were so small we left and went and ate somewhere else. it was $14 ea. totally not a traditional Wisconsin Fish Fry.

Completely non bias review- drove by this place for years (doesn’t look like much honestly)

We got :
The Philly cheesesteak, it was A1
The chicken bacon ranch chipotle wrap, was really good, a tad overly creamy for my liking, but other than that really good.
The wings, were pretty good. Big fan of the hot honey sauce
Kettle chips that came with everything were surprisingly good( usually not a fan of any restaurants kettle chips but was pleasantly surprised that they were fresh.
Beer was fresh.
Really no complaints at all
Timely service as well.

Katie thank you for a great lunch and company. We stopped on our way back from Tomah and it was great. Pizza and chicken tenders were amazing. Highly recommended when in Portage!!
