Quick and friendly customer service. The food is always fresh and it’s delicious. My favorite meal is their loaded fries it comes with two chicken tenders and you can choose what flavor or spice level you want for each tender. Comes with coleslaw, pickles and house sauce.

the opposite of Taco Bell.) My chicken was “Spicy”, and it was all this spicy-food lover could handle. That’s two levels down from the hottest they offer! The chicken tenders are BIG; the “Sandwich & Tender” meal was more than enough food. I loved the decor. Really glad we stopped in as part of attending the Texas A&M Sports Car Club’s “Cars And Chicken” event.

I Tried Houston Tx hot Chicken they have many different temp ranges from no spice to Houston we have a problem the lemonade was amazing we went with the strawberry hibiscus and blue berry lemonade we got the original sandwich, loaded fries & kids nugget meal. Everyone loved there food. The cashier was extra friendly and explained everything to us. They even carried out our food and helped us throw away our trash. Shout out to HHC friendly staff Ms.S , Jennifer & Melissa. We got there right before closing and they still were happy to serve us!

The hot chicken sandwich at Houston TX Hot Chicken is fantastic! Juicy, flavorful chicken with a perfect, crispy coating. I loved being able to pick my spice level—Medium had a great kick without overwhelming the flavor. The seasoned fries and house sauce are a must-try. Highly recommend for a fiery, delicious meal!

The chicken at this place is incredibly bland. It lacks any noticeable flavor, and even the sauce didn’t help much. I also tried the fries, but they were equally bland. Considering the price, it was a whopping 40 dollars for two meals. We also ordered the cookies, but they were just sugar cookies with nothing special about them. Overall, it was a disappointing experience. I definitely won’t be returning to this place. In comparison, Dave’s Hot Chicken is ten times better. Their food actually has flavor and real spice.

Loved the new spin on chicken with a variety of heat options. We honestly wouldn’t have tried it except for coupons we received in the mail as It’s a bit pricey for our family of six otherwise. Loved the house sauce, but did think it was a little sweet, maybe that’s a Houston thing! Only other weird thing was that the Aggie football game was on but not being played inside the restaurant, which caused us to leave a little more quickly to get out to the Biergarten. Glad to have some more places to choose from in BCS! Also, the guy who took our offer was super helpful and patient.

First time visiting. When I arrived, I was greeted by one cashier and her service was good. However, after I placed my order and handed her my money, she informed me that they didn’t have enough change and were only accepting exact change. I had to leave to get change and then reorder my food with a different cashier. Her service was alright, but not as welcoming as the first young lady’s.
When I got home and checked my order, it was incorrect. They didn’t add the cheese sauce to the fries as shown on the to-go menu, and they also forgot the sauce for my 10-piece nuggets. I called the manager, and he did apologize and remade the order, which I appreciated.
Overall, the food was pretty expensive for the portion sizes and didn’t leave me very impressed. The one highlight was the medium spice level on the chicken — that part was really good.

Mysterious marvel
The place echoed a lot, there were very few people at the time of visiting. The food was prepared fresh and tasted alright. Medium is not spicy enough to be real spicy chicken however the fries were perfectly crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. Would go back just for fries. The people working there were also very nice.
