I had the pleasure of being served by Ryan at this location , and he truly went above and beyond! Ryan was the only staff member on duty, yet he managed to serve several guests with incredible efficiency and professionalism. Despite the challenge of handling everything on his own, Ryan maintained a calm and friendly demeanor throughout.
He prepared my sandwich with attention to detail, ensuring it was exactly the way I wanted it, all while juggling orders from other customers. It was amazing to see how he stayed composed and upbeat under pressure. His dedication and hard work are a testament to his character and work ethic.
Ryan’s ability to provide excellent service even in a demanding situation is nothing short of remarkable. Subway is fortunate to have such an exceptional team member, and I will definitely be returning for his outstanding service. Five stars all the way!

Had 2 cold cut combo protein bowls Delivered. Not even an ounce of lettuce. Was charged for extra cheese, which was not in the bowl. When I called the store, I spoke with Adrianna. Who openly admitted the bowls need to be fuller. But fail to do anything to correct the situation except advise me to leave a review. Delivery was spot on. But the quality of food for the 36.00 charge was unheard of. I WILL NEVER revisit or order from this store again.

Don’t care what the customer wants she over talks you and don’t care to please you ! Even the staff try’s to be extra nice to cover up for her! She don’t wear a name tag for a reason !
Karma !! She don’t even care she has a job the way she talks to customers !
I would not recommend this location to anyone while she is employed ! Super sad during these crazy times in the world !!

My sub was ok, but tasted like it was extra salty. My husband ordered a meatball sub that he couldn’t eat because it tasted strange ( spoiled). When I went to order online I was not able to order anything with roast beef. So, I assumed that they did not have roast beef in stock. I came to find out that the management has any roast beef sub and a few others turned off from being able to order online. This seemed strange because I could order it in store. Usually, the service is great but the individual that spoke to me was not helpful at all.

We go to this location 2-3 times per week. Most every time everything is great. Last week, my wife went in and ordered the new Italian subs with the upgraded Mozzarella cheese ($1.50). As Jazz is putting our veggies on, she is rushing us. We ask for extra and she does not do it. We ask again and she barely puts any extra on. We go to pay our bill and it right under $24.00
To pay this much for 2 subs and not get extra for what we wanted is wrong!
I met the manager at this location over a month ago. She made my sub and did an awesome job! I know she will do the right thing with this employee! Jazz should not be in guest service!

Went in about 10 pm. My daughter ordered 2 footlong and 4 cookies. Got home and went to eat the sub sandwiches but both the whole grain bread and the white bread tasted crunchy on the outside and stale on the inside like old bread! Definitely didn’t taste like it was made today. Called up there to the store and the woman squeezed the other bread and said they all felt the same. Said we could bring them back and she would remake them. But who wants to pack them all back up and drive back up there after getting home after a very long day??
Gave them another chance and went there tonight. Bread was still crunchy on the outsides but not quite as stale tasting on the inside! Is that progress? Now their cookies are no longer soft and chewy but hard and very dry!! Bummer!! Why would they mess up their only saving grace??

Walked in and I was third in line. They made the orders for the two people in front of me, but then the lady told me she would be right with me and proceeded to make four sandwiches for a to-go online order. There was no one behind me. I stood there for about 8 minutes while both her and the two other workers with her made this to-go order. I should’ve walked out. Train better or get smarter staff.

Always busy. Expect to wait. The employees try to work as quickly as possible, and haven’t given me any attitude. Evening time, they’ll run out of the more popular breads. There’s only 4 flavors of cheese at this location. Make sure to check their chip stand for any flavors not displayed in front of display case.
