I dunno I’m consistently buying here and just disappointed. They always missing something. This time they didn’t miss anything but damn I got 3 of the smallest tenders I think they had on hand. Usually I have 1 or 2 that are good size and maybe a small one but dammit, I got got again. And THEY WERE COLD!!! Drove all that way for 3 small tenders. At least the Mac n cheese was full this time. If you get their mash & gravy, and like it (gravy) make sure you ask for a lil extra bc they be skimping on that too … I think I’m done with this location.

Tucked in a corner beside a large truck stop is the wonderful place called Popeyes.
For the millions of fried chicken fans this place is a delight in and of itself however, this Popeyes is something special. Well at least in my our book anyway.
We live in Harrisburg PA and we travel to Carlisle PA when we want Popeyes Chicken. Now mind you, we have one less than 10 minutes from us but this place has it going on!
Most of the time the place is clean and it is alway friendly and so helpful. The customer service personnel and management here is amazing.
The food is hot, fresh, and tasty always for us. They treat us like family when we get in there. Now as a previous GM for a fast food restaurant chain that is so important and keeps us coming back. You always see the staff busy and when needed helping one another. It is a busy lil place as you can imagine.
The next time you go to Carlisle PA and your hungry for chicken, be sure to find this place on the Carlisle Pike. Personally, I love the spicy.

This is my second time visiting this location.
The first time was a bit confusing because their computer system was down and all customers had to wait.
Still the food was good and the employees were calm and presented the professional personalities that did make the issue better to accept
On my second visit the order was placed on the on line application and was custom to my liking.
I must agree with other comments, this is a great place with good food.
I highly recommend this for a quick tasty bite…..

We ordered a family meal. 5 pieces spicy, 5 pieces classic. Large mashed potato, large fries, 5 biscuits. The chicken was piping hot and very juicy, except for a few pieces (notably the breasts) that were on the dry side. The spicy was not all that spicy. Some classic pieces were not crispy, meaning they probably sat under the food warmer for a while. Food was served in under 5 minutes. They incorrectly gave us a rice and beans but we swapped it back with no problem.
The staff seemed to be very carefree and unfocused. The cashier kept joking very loudly with her coworkers about how she was ending her shift soon (?). She was very curt with her responses.
The restaurant is bright and modern. Clean for the most part. Restrooms were alright. Tables and chairs were a little sticky.
Overall fine for a quick bite. Average.

There when they opened. Ordered at register for takeout. Chicken fresh. Biscuit was over baked. General Manager that took my order couldn’t had been anymore uninviting. I’d try establishment again in future, hoping I didn’t have him manning the counter.

Very clean store and super friendly staff. Unfortunately I ordered spicy chicken strips and were very disappointed. Reason one, two of the strips were literally maybe a quarter inch thick. Given they were covered with their amazing breading, but I’m sorry I like some chicken with that breading. The second thing was I prefer spicy and I got regular. Not sure why the chicken strips got so small, I always remembered a nice thick chicken strip.
This location though is a great place to stop and I’m sure this issue was a supplier problem, so I don’t blame the staff at that location.

Service was fast and great ! My chicken was very dry (over done). The chicken did have a revealing look but came to find these small pieces were camouflaged with breading ! If you like eating breading and not a lot of meat this is your spot ! I did enjoy the flavor but not worth the price once you really see how much meat you’re actually getting. It’s kinda upsetting because the flavor is GREAT ! I think the corporation needs to DO BETTER. The photos / with breading / without. You tell me what’s wrong.

never have a complaint with the food but certain workers have no idea how to work in customer service, I ask a simple question “May I have some honey please?” The lady behind the counter said “is it on your order?” which I replied “yes” she followed by “okay it’s in the bag then” and what do you know? It’s not in the bag. Absolutely ridiculous considering she had no issue giving the lady before me honey after she asked.
