On November 22nd, I visited Panda Express and was disappointed by the service. I waited 20 minutes for my food, while newer arrivals were served before me. I paid attention that the food I ordered, was available in the hot tray. So, it wasn’t like I was waiting for them to cook what I ordered. The restaurant wasn’t busy enough to justify the amount of waiting time. So it was frustrating to receive such poor attention. The food was average – nothing stood out, but it was edible. The atmosphere was also just okay. Overall, I’d give it 1 star for service (major improvement needed!), 3 stars for food (decent but unremarkable), and 3 stars for atmosphere (nothing special). Maybe they just had an off day, but I’d expect better.

I’ve been to this location 4 or 5 times since they’ve opened and I’m always impressed with how fresh the food tastes. Staff has always been helpful and everything appears clean. I think they are doing a great job running this place.

Really enjoy they opened one up closer to home. Food is usually good though the last vist they seemed to of cut us shorter than all the other times. It seems when I go through the drive through to i always catch them at shift change and have a 5 to 10min wait for some reason.

My son and I went to Panda Express and were immediately greeted by Scarlet. Scarlet was enthusiastic and helped us navigate the menu easily. I wish every restaurant had employees as wonderful as Scarlet, and because of her (and the delicious food) we will be back very soon. Reviews often seem to focus on negative, but we have zero negative feedback. Super impressive.

Ordered here 3x since their grand opening (all in drive-thru). It WAS good value for the amount of food you get, and it was fairly tasty. Unfortunately today (9Nov2025 at 12:30pm) they served me cold food with hair on the rice. Not only that, but the quantity was almost half of what I normally got (exact same order I got as my previous 3 orders). Not sure if they stopped caring after their opening week, but I won’t be back if this continues.
