I wanted to try proper Thai food so bad and Chonticha satisfied my crave. They have a nice selection of Thai dishes beyond the most famous ones. I appreciated them asking how spicy we wanted the dishes, it was very considerate of them. The young waiter that served us was very kind and he explained to us some of the ingredients we found inside the Thai green currry that we had never saw before.
The place is decorated super nicely as well, we enjoyed the little details on the table.

This place is phenomenal! I’m born and raised in Hawaii so I’ve eaten a lot of Thai food and this would be phenomenal there too. Finding awesome Asian food in Norway hasn’t been easy so this was an amazing find. If you live in Bodo and have been sleeping on it – try again! The server was helpful and the cooks kind. They have good spice for all our levels and even had a side container of spice for those of us who love spice. I can’t wait for my next trip to Bodo to eat here again.

This Thai restaurant is so good! The taste is amazing. I like the chicken fried rice.
The waitress is very nice to the customer. It’s my first time to be in Norway. Although the price is higher than other restaurants, it brings a lot Asia memory to me. I lovin it ~

I wasn’t expecting much due to a remote place. But I was pleasantly surprised with the quality. I really enjoyed this food and was authentic thai food. Good host and reasonable prices.

Pricey but delicious Thai food 🙂 the basil pork was good but the pad Thai could have been more authentic in terms of flavours

Very good service, really nice waitress. A little bit too many dishes in menu. Spring rolls taste really great. Fried rice could be better, but it wasn’t bad. Big portions. Sweet idea with heart on the rice

Being Asian, I do miss having rice given that we’ve been traveling in Europe for the past 3 weeks. It’s a nice change to Scandinavian food, and the staff appears to be authentic Thai. Flavours are nice and I would come back if I feel a bit homesick. Pork skewers had an amazing peanut sauce but the pork itself was a bit tasteless.
