Overall an amazing place, just sometimes the tables and chairs aren’t cleaned off as well. I’m not really picky that much though and it’s not at all hard to just wipe stuff off of a chair or table. The food is literally amazing, my favorite chicken tenders ever and fries and ice cream. Definitely recommend!!

I am so impressed with this Dairy Queen. Good food and people, but I’ve ordered 2 birthday cakes from here and I personally think they did an amazing job with the design both times. Definitely order from here!!

We went to eat at Dairy Queen tonight but never got our food because they were completely overwhelmed by an unexpected surge of orders so we waited almost an hour then canceled our order and went elsewhere. It wasn’t their fault and all the workers handled a stressful, tense situation with extreme tact and skill. Everyone who was working the dinner shift on Oct 7, 2024 should be commended. They were working hard and dealing with a crowd of hangry customers like real pros.
I do have one negative comment I’d like to make, which I hope management will hear me out on. The sign bribing customers to give 5-star reviews in exchange for free soda is a really bad look and unfair to prospective customers by artificially inflating ratings and masking real areas of improvement. Offer soda in exchange for an honest review no matter the rating, but don’t bribe us to give a better rating than you deserve. If you’re worth 5 stars you’ll get it.

I was told to pull forward. Waited for almost 15 minutes and watched 8 Vehicles go through drive thru while I waited. then I went into store to ask about my food and they had no idea of my order. I had to leave so I had paid and left with no order.
This is not the first time I have had problems with this location.
Going forward I or my family and friends will no longer support this Dairy Queen.
I will drive to the West Bend location.
I paid $10.00 and some change and only got a soda.
I am finished with this establishment.

Picked up food for my family via drive through. The workers were loud and making animal sounds in the background. It was difficult to order and for the person to hear me. Very rude and annoying. Do better management. I would have driven off if my kid wasn’t hungry after games.

I want to send out a special thank you to the young man that was working Friday night at 5.30. I ordered 8 meals 6 sodas on one order and 2 on another so they would be bagged separate. He helped me carry it to the car. He knew why 2 ordered. Such a gentleman and so polite. And all orders we correct!! He was amazing. I will be back.
