The staff was so efficient and provided excellent service for my large online pickup order today. The staff was overly happy getting their orders packaged separately, as they had requested, when I got back to the office. Excellent service, fantastic food! We even convinced someone who had eaten “something” there before that they didn’t think was good to give it another try. They will now be ordering again whenever we order Barberitos!!

I was pleasantly surprised with Barberitos. I went the evening of 11/25 looking for something similar to chipotle. The chipotle nearby doesn’t have the best reviews so I didn’t want to waste my money. When I arrived, there was only one other customer there & the restaurant was pretty quiet. The teens behind the counter were very helpful and efficient. They were also patient with my questions and had amazing customer service. The food was delicious and great portion size for the price. The chips were very fresh and they gave more than enough! I was also happy that I didn’t have to pay extra for them. I highly recommend barberitos and will definitely be returning.

Barberitos has a great menu with lots of choices. The birria tacos were delicious. To make them even better, add a side of birria cheese dip. You won’t be disappointed. I’ve tried other restaurants with this concept, but Barberitos is definitely one of the best.

Usually I don’t rate things 1 star but the food was horrible. So bad that no one I was with finished their food. This was my first time trying and most certainly my last. 100% would not recommend to anyone. The only item I enjoyed was the sprite, the cookie was decent.

Honestly just a joke at this point. I have more faith in a 10 year old with a packet of Old El Paso and a tortilla than staff at this restruant. Included is a picture of the bruitto that the employee ripped after steaming it incorrectly and just pretended it was fine. Oil in the friers hasn’t been filtered in at least a month. Only appetizing thing my $30 got me was some decent rice.

How do you guys have such a high google review score? Most of the reviews on here seem to be 1 & 2. I’m not really sure why you would serve nachos without making sure you send queso with it. You specifically ask how we would like the cheese, on the side, etc. but then you don’t send it with the order. Now I did get a refund for the nachos from door dash, however, I didn’t get the tax, tip, or delivery fee refunded which added up to another 10+. Nachos are useless without cheese so I won’t be eating this. Thought I would test y’all out again but clearly you are still forgetting to add things when people order delivery.

This was a delivery order because we worked later tonight.
When I say I don’t want raw onions and get pile of them all mixed in my order, you bet you will get a bad review.

Let me be clear, between my wife and I, we did NOT get what we ordered. Both of us threw our meal in the trash because it tasted terrible.
Neither of us ordered pico de gallo or raw onions. This was not a mix-up. This was lazy service.

I placed an online order to pick up, not really expecting it to be exactly what I ordered since I wasn’t there to actually watch them put together my burrito bowl. So I was pleasantly surprised that everything was on point! Friendly staff greeted me when I arrived and the sauce cups were neatly wrapped in foil to prevent spillage. Portion sizes were generous and it was delicious!

How does one start serving a customer when he is not done serving the other customer. I was trying to tell the middle guy I wanted more toppings, but he went on to the next customer. Without even asking me was I done. I found that very rude.

Maybe update the signage on the FRONT DOOR if hours have changed. Friday – Sat 11am-10pm but apparently not anymore I showed up at 9PM on Friday 8/19 and doors were locked, chairs on tables….pics attached.
