I was charged 2 times online for a food order to not process. I went up to the counter told the cashier the app was not working right I was trying to revive a birthday shake I was sent to my email. She responded with let me get the manager to see if he can help refund you or something as I was charged in store to receive my food. The manager comes over says there is not a single thing he can do about anything. I said listen can you at least toss a couple extra fries in the bag for me since for being charged multiple times. He said he can’t do anything I said really I used to manage stores but now I’m My own independent boss. As he turns around and throws something and storms out back. So I professional. Not a store I recommend they don’t care about good customer service smh

Food itself is fine, but the prices are just way too high no doubt made worse after the last four years of economic carnage under Biden’s disastrous policies. On top of that, the app is terrible, and when there are issues, the employees aren’t allowed to do anything to fix them. The staff can only shrug and say they can’t help, which makes the whole experience frustrating. Between the inflated prices and useless app, this location isn’t worth it.
