I don’t usually post 1 star reviews. However, I just went to this Dunkin location to enjoy a few wake up wraps after a long stressful day of work. I sat down around 4:20pm to hang out for 10-15 minutes because I was under the impression that this location closes at 6pm. A male employee decides to come over with a mop and starts to mop my feet underneath the table. It was so rude and clearly he wanted me to leave so that he could go home early. Unfortunately, I will not be back to this location because this is now the second time I’ve had a bad experience.

Easter morning went inside and ordered 3 muffins and a coffee. Got to my destination and the muffin on the bottom of the way too small bag for 3 large muffins was totally destroyed!
This was a muffin to be given to my client. I was not happy. Your employee needs to be trained in proper packaging. The coffee had an unacceptable amount of coffee grinds.

One star for the unacceptable service I received today. Google reviews can damage your business, so you guys need to do better. Elsie took my order, asked me at the drive thu if I was using my rewards app, I said yes. I paid for my order then was told I couldn’t add my points from my receipt. This is unacceptable and I will be contacting Dunkin corporate division to get my points. I’ll NEVER return to this location.

I go to this Dunkin because it is the only one between my house and work so I don’t have a ton of options. I have a pleasant experience about 50% of the time. Other times, my bagel with extra cream cheese has enough cream cheese on it for one bite, my coffee is nasty, they are out of everything or “can’t use that machine today”. It HAS gotten better since I guess they got new ownership a few months back but I still leave there most of the time telling myself to just stop going!
Over the last few times I have gone, my biggest complaint has been my coffee. Sometimes it’s DELICIOUS and just how I want it. But most of the time, I can’t even choke it down. I’ve noticed that on those days, there is one specific employee who makes my coffee. I couldn’t figure out what was going on until today. I still don’t know what exactly it is but I’ve noticed this each time that person has made my coffee. (See attached photo) this is 7 hours after I got this coffee… Yes I still have that much in it because I’m still TRYING to choke it down and get my energy to finish this work day. 7 hours later and the sugar is not melted and it is BLACK! Coffee grounds will float around in your coffee so I know that’s not what’s going on. My coworker thinks they put the espresso shot on the sugar before anything else and it soaked it up and just sat there making my coffee overly bitter and gross but I’m not sure. This is what I get every single time that one specific employee makes my coffee and now that I realize that, I’m going to start saying something when I go. Hopefully they will show her how to correctly make an iced coffee….

Very difficult to order at the drive thru. She could not hear either or us. I order a Charli cold brew slightly sweetened with light ice and got an iced coffee with almond milk…. no caramel, no sweetener, and a full cup of ice. Also had difficulty scanning my DD app because of technical difficulties. We won’t stop there again.

Arguably the friendliest, cleanest and well run Dunkin I’ve been in. The manager, Amanda, does a fantastic job motivating her staff to deliver great service. It shows because you get the same level of great service when she is not there. Great job to her entire staff. Again, very friendly staff! Thank you

I stopped here (drive thru) and I wanted munchkins…. Didn’t have any. I then asked for a donut…. They didn’t have it. I ordered a frozen chocolate and 2 sweet tea’s. We got unsweet… Not going back to that one ….

Just spent 26 minutes in the drive thru. They were only taking two orders at a time. Only taking the next order once the car at the window was served. Today was the last straw. Over the least year this place has gotten increasingly worse. They are slow, orders are incorrect. One time they told me to park and they would bring my food out to me, they didn’t. I had my dog with me and had to get back into the long drive thru line. I got back to the front and they said “I didn’t know which car was yours” … like what? Today was the last straw. Never again.

Finished working out at Amped and drove up to the drive through at 6 this fine Sunday morning to get a black coffee, waited for an employee…nothing. The employee parking lot behind the building was empty. 6:04 rolled around, still no one. I left. The owners must enjoy losing out on money because they hire employees who don’t show up on time.
