We are not new customers to this wingstop location, usually ordering and spending more than $75 each visit. They started off good but have continued to go downhill. This last time, I ordered online 30pk wings, 15 tenders, 2 large lemon pepper fries, and 10pk Cajun corn. When I got there, the lot was not plowed making access difficult. The stores floors upon entry were wet and slippery with tracked in snow that was not mopped up. It was not busy at all. It was about 11:15pm (close at 1a). Took my food home and found they forgot my large ranch so i called just to get that money put back on my card. Was told they couldn’t do it but took my info for return call from district or regional manager (Barb was name given). But upon getting into the food, i also found my tenders were in 2 boxes. 1 box had burnt tenders and the other box had raw under cooked tenders. I didnt call back bc i figured they couldn’t help me and id just wait for Barb to call as I was told she would. It is now Saturday w no return call from Barb. Won’t be returning. Totally turned off from food, service, and cleanliness/safety of the store.

We ordered 15 tenders and a large fry. It was not busy. They gave us 12 tenders only (5 in one styrofoam container of one flavor, and 5 of another flavor and 2 plain/classic flavor separated by some food/packing paper in a second container.) Really can’t understand how that even happened considering they weren’t busy at all, only one other customer in the store, 3 orders on the screen in total. My girlfriend called about it and they basically said sorry but there is nothing they can do and can’t refund or give a percentage off the order. I’ve worked food service, this is impossible that nobody in the store could refund a percentage for a missing part of an order on the computer.
The other option, we COULD drive all the way back (half hour round trip) for the 3 chicken tenders, offering no compensation for the mix-up/missing items, in this instance it would end up costing MORE (time, gas, car wear, food we DO have getting cold as we drive back etc) to go back and get 3 missing chicken tenders. Seemed like an easy fix to just refund part of the order, whether the response when she called was apologetic or not, functionally, it was essentially “kick rocks”, you didn’t get the product/service you payed for, too bad.
Needless to say, really bad first experience here, probably the last as well.
Edit: now they ripped us off our data, I did in fact go to the link to submit the issue/inquiry. No response whatsoever about a week later. Had to give my email, phone number, and name to submit a ticket. How much was that data worth? (9 page privacy policy on what they can DO with your information)

Wanted to try these wings and we didn’t order ahead, the very nice young man that took our order said it would take about 15 minutes, because they make them to order. The wings were good, but the ranch was phenomenal, I’d go just for the ranch lol.

Haven’t had WingStop in YEARS! Finding out they were opening a store in Brunswick got me excited!
First thoughts. They are BUSY and still figuring things out! They just opened so giving the staff grace really goes a long way! The staff are making it work and doing their best! Even witnessed one of the employees give a customer a cookie that made their child get so excited as thanks for their patience during the rush. That was extremely nice of them in the moment.
The food is solid! Great sauce, ranch, and the fries has that fresh cut feel that I really enjoyed! The boneless wings that I had were great! Even through the craziness, they were able to satisfy a couple people on Valentine’s Day night with their food! Keep going staff! Thanks for the good wings!

I placed an order online, as soon as possible speed. It said ready 15-20 minutes. I got 10 pc boneless with fries and drink. I showed up early and when I walked in, was greeted by staff and asked for my name. They gave me an update on my order saying it would be right out after I explained it’s ok I was early. The staff was singing some song in the back and in their own world having a seemingly good time. I got my food in perfectly placed order in my to go bag and my drink handed to me as well to fill up. Food was great and still hot when I got home. Just leaving this review and pictures as some previous reviews may have tainted this biz from just opening and a mad crowd rush. Give them a try.

I noticed quite a few bad reviews on here and the place just opened in the last week or less. My guess is that they were completely slammed with walk in orders, phone & online orders which made some people have to wait longer than they felt that they should have, especially the walk in’s.
I really don’t know but that’s my guess because I went there on the later side and before going I went online and ordered my wings. Super quick and easy ordering process, within seconds received the confirmation email with my pickup time. You think from the time I ordered through the time they said that my stuff could be ready was about 15 to 20 minutes. Went up there right in that time frame, told them my name and they handed me the bag instantly. No issues whatsoever. The guy is the counter was nice enough and the wings were actually fantastic! I’ve had Wingstop at other locations in the past and more than that impressed at all, but it must depend on the freshness of the wings because they were very good. Crispy but not overcooked, sauced but not a large puddle of it at the bottom of the box…. I would recommend giving them a try, even if you had a less than ideal experience the first time. I would just recommend going online & ordering your wings though instead of just showing up. I’m sure this makes the experience easier for everyone involved.

Ordered one of their meal deals off doordash for 20 classic wings. 10 of which were supposed to be garlic parm, 5 hot, 5 atomic. Also ordered their buy 1 get 1 mix & match for 10 boneless hot & 10 classic hot Korean Q. Along with 2 orders of fries. Let me tell you, they could not have screwed us more. We got a mix and match of 20 wings that were not the flavors we had ordered. One order of fries and an order of their terrible corn. Whoever is working there for the late shift is 100% high on something cause I paid over $60 dollars for a hot mess of BS. Never ordering from this location again. Screw Wingstop, I’d rather get my wings from a dive bar. At least they’d get my order right.

Loads of room to grow. Ordered online and the pick up time was 28-33 minutes. I got there 5 minutes early and they told me they’re backed up its going to be another 10 minutes. After 20 minutes they told me they would work on my order now (so apparently when they told me 10 Minutes before, nobody had actually worked my order) even though there’s other people in front of me and it took another 20 minutes. I saw the front of the house staff tell people many times their order would take another 5-10 minutes or they’re working on it or bagging it and people waited at least another 20-30 minutes.
The wings were ok. Not greasy, which is a good start. My son and wife liked theirs. I had dry rub wings. The lemon pepper barely had any seasoning on them. The Louisiana Rub wings had no seasoning at all on them.
Look, I get that you’re backed up, but the front of the house staff acted like they’re the victims. While the kitchen staff was busy they really didn’t have much to do at all the entire time I was there. At the very least I guess they could have done some quality control I do regret tipping when I placed the online order. Won’t do that anymore.

Ordered online, ordered 1 hour in advance for a pick up and they where still making it at 615. The half of the wings I ordered where pretty good, light on the sauce. Corn things where good if you got the fresh ones. Issue is I did not realize they forgot half my wings till I got home. Call in and they only offered to bring the receipt back and they will remake them. Easier to dispute then get a partial refund.

As much as I like the wings, when ordering online I’ve learned to show up at the end of privided ready window because the Brunswick location is typically 5 minutes after the end of the window. In the past that has been tolerable but tonight I stood in the pickup line behind another individual for more than 10 minutes without any acknowledgement from the staff. People in the line eventually starting trying to get the employees attention and it turned out everyone waiting line had wings already ready and on the racks…they apparently just didn’t have time give it to us. I know this is a new location which is why I’ve tolerated the longer times in the past but to just ignore the customers who ordered online for 10 plus minutes is simply not acceptable. I’ll try to enjoy tonight’s luke warm wings but don’t plan on returning to this location.
